State of Texas plays the best April Fools joke and unlocks all porn sites today. Violence plummets overnight.
It's a GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. It's a SIERRA, not an HD 2500 or 3500. Dude bought a half ton truck for 78K...
One of the local YIMBY clowns on Twitter claims to know it was someone he graduated with that was found deceased. Anyone actually have a name, or is this another case of the media going silent?
MLF / Community First is not run by the CoA, and look at how successful they are. Maybe the city SHOULDN'T be in the homeless abatement business, rather they should turn to someone who knows their ass from a hole in the ground.
Doing a mediocre at best job is how they consider you a great employee around here. You do the job right, you piss off the progressives, not to mention get hired away by a city that appreciates your approach.
I feel like the city prefers someone who squeaks by and checks a few diversity boxes here or there, and has no risk of leaving for something better. I'm really surprised Cronk lasted as long as he did, then was ousted for the weather debacle (while the head of Austin Energy wasn't even reprimanded for her responsibility in the entire clusterfuck).
Someone needs to hop on Twitter and screen shot every councilmember singing his praises for when they try to fire him in a year or two. The stupidity of most of the ACC is just astounding.
Don't know the entire backstory, but if there's a one can limit on what they'll take, it's actually pretty cool they let her dump it. Our trash guy would have pretended not to hear you and blasted on past.
Gonna back out on the stairs and snap those stringers half way up. Not sure why you don't do a landing then a 90 or even 180 half way up. Seems like a code violation waiting to happen, or a drunken parking job taking out half your house.
Don't worry, aggy is involved in the space program now, I'm sure eventually they'll do it to themselves.
There's a quip about the rocket falling over on the launch pad... But I'll stop before someone has to tell me it's too soon.
Taking away existing road infrastructure to provide bike and pedestrian paths clogs already saturated arteries within this city. Not to mention, yes, some days it's nice to get out and walk and ride, but we're not NYC, and no one wants to smell your ass after you rode an hour to get to the office on your battery-supplemented bike. And if you're lucky enough to live in walking distance to your work, well, good for you. Most people around here are not.
