  1. This pitcher looks like he’s 17 years old
  2. Yankees pitchers having trouble finding the plate. Is that clear interference?
  3. What an incredible turn of events. Playoff baseball is fantastic
  4. I'm not so much into the rankings. I like that we are a bit relevant now. If we do what good football teams do then we should be okay. First year with a new OC, and his staff, and I am liking what is happening. There was a funny cartoon a few weeks back and it was after we beat Cal and the Nitters beat USC. A guy comes into an office and says to the pretty receptionist, "I'm 5-0 and just beat a 3-2 West Coast team due to a missed field goal". To which the gal replies, "oh, you are so sweet". The face of the guy is the PSU logo. Next guy walks in and says the exact same thing but, he has a Pitt logo for a face. The pretty gal responds by calling HR. In 2020 we beat Malik Cunningham and Louisville. The week after the players and coaches were complaining that we were not ranked highly enough. And then comes NC. State to town and we shit the bed, and then also the next three games. Our schedule is not easy the rest of the way: @SMU, UVa, Clemson, @Louisville & @B.C. I'd be tickled pink to win three of those games.
  5. People shouldn’t write checks their asses can’t cash. Especially that fat-ass lady’s fat-ass-sized check.
  6. Wow, that is stunning. The color is just sweet.
  7. My grandfather, whom I have spoken of before, had one of those Lincolns. Such a beautiful car. I wish he had taken care of them and that I had it, although thankfully, I still have his Riviera
  8. This was this morning just off Route 40, the first federally funded U.S. road, built between 1811 and 1834. It is also known as the National Pike. That is the road that comes over the mountain from Cumberland, Maryland. It's basically the road that George Washington took, before there was a road, when he came this way to try to get the French to leave. The actual First World War, started a couple miles away at the Battle of Jumonville Glen, in May, 1754. From there they wanted to go to Fort Duquesne and kick them out of what would become Fort Pitt, and then Pittsburgh. There is a ton of history surrounding The French And Indian War war all over Western Pennsylvania. Fort Necessity is just a bit east of here, basically on the Forbes Road. Braddock's Grave is also there. It's amazing. Fort Ligonier is not far from where I live as well. This is a view west as you see things start to flatten out as you go towards Ohio. I went to Youghiogheny River Lake after I took the photo because there is a bridge, in the lake that has been revealed because the lake is very low. It is called Great Crossing Bridge and was built in 1818 and was covered by water when they built the dam/lake.
  9. Start with the guy who negotiated the Jones contract I reckon. If he hasn't already been sent away.
  10. Not a bad game for the Steelers. Still a ton of room for improvement. I did not think they’d be sitting at 6-2 at this point in time. Very happy to have been wrong.
  11. Let’s hope the Steelers can deliver another solid performance, just like last week.
  12. I said it earlier in the season as well. But yeah, it is going out on quite a limb
  13. It is awesome how close the field has gotten. Hell, look at Haas racing in the top-10. That’s crazy. It also just seems amazing that RedBull seem to have made no noticeable improvements this season, especially when you see how other teams have just made impressive jumps in performance. Hell, Mercedes could do nothing right, and now they are racing for top-fives. Ferrari was a cluster fuck of Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D, & on down the alphabet. I am also astounded at just how bad Perez has become. It’s baffling but, there is no time to look for an explanation and he should be gone. I felt good for Sainz today. I like him much more than I like Hamilton and the move still seems odd to me. I know some others have alluded to it but, I do think that Piastri just might be better than Norris. All in all, I’m just digging the competition.
  14. Yeah. It is interesting to see how drivers react when their reign of dominance shows some cracks.
  15. For any Texans fans was their record at this point in the season expected?
  16. Well done Crab Legs Winston
  17. We are watching it happen live. Crazy. Also, i think it is amazing how the Bengals have just imploded. The offense is terrible with no running game.
  18. I caught that point as well. Fuck that guy. He's garbage, and dangerous.
  19. Fuck his lawyer. Callis' lawyer Brian Thompson told WJZ Investigator Mike Hellgren he believes his client was "overcharged." "I don't believe this is a first-degree assault. I think it's a second-degree assault. First-degree assault requires serious bodily injury," Thompson said. Callis' mother was in the courtroom. She became emotional but declined to speak to WJZ following the proceedings. I'd say being knocked out is serious. I'd say him looking for "stragglers" shows it was planned. And fuck the lawyer, again, for saying, in that video, "he's a 24-year old kid". He's a grown man, and a dangerous one at that.
