  1. Through the arms in the end zone. One more play remaining.
  2. At the 35 with 10 seconds to go
  3. The Raiders are so inept. But they still have a shot
  4. I reckon it’s a good thing Mr. Blank is worth about $9,000,000,000 so he can eat that miserable Cousins contract. He sucks.
  5. Bears, first season was 1920. They won 8 NFL titles, the last in 1963. They won the Super Bowl for the 1985 season. Raiders, first season 1960. They won 1 AFL titles (‘67) and 3 Super Bowls, the last being for the 1983 season. Vikings, first season 1960. They won 1 NFL title (‘69) and 0 Super Bowls. Falcons, first season 1965. They have won, nothing. So, if my math is correct, between these four teams they have won a combined 14 titles in 291 seasons, but just two in the last 168 seasons.
  6. What a fucking disgrace and embarrassment the Raiders management is for all those great players who have worn the uniform. Just disgraceful. I reckon it doesn’t matter since they have the new stadium which just prints money for the Davis Spawn. Just terrible, and I’m not even a Raiders fan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh6E4Cks1W4
  7. Vikings Winter Warriors playing inside.
  8. I reckon the Mahomes injury will dominate the NFL Channel and ESPN for a while. Their margins have been so razor-thin this year and if that injury is more serious than first thought that spells trouble. Hopefully it will for KC at the Steelers on Christmas.
  9. Seattle had some chances. That TD catch for Green Bay was awesome. Seahawks deserved to lose though with those uniforms.
  10. Steelers are still a bit of Fool’s Gold. They are not at the same level as the top teams. They are getting better but, still have a ways to go.
  11. Jackson was great. The whole defense was. I was with Jackson a few weeks ago at a tailgate. Great guy.
  12. Fuck all of them. In 2023 Formula 1 generated $3,222,000,000.00 in revenue. I think there is a way to pay for this. Greedy fuckers.
  13. I was so lucky to watch him play in person. That team was unreal. The defensive line, all five of them, started as rookies in the NFL. On one side you had Green and opposite him you had Rickey Jackson. My cousin was a freshman on the 1979 team and his first week in camp his job was to “attempt to block” Green, or Jackson. Said it was not fun, nor successful. I go back to the stats that Chase Young and Hutchinson put up the season they were talked about for the Heisman and they did absolutely nothing compared to Green. In 1980 Green has 123 tackles, 17 sacks, 11 TFL, 7 forced fumbles, 4 recovered 6 passes defended. He won the Maxwell, Walter Camp and Lombardi awards and was the UPI and Sporting News P.O.Y. I’ll continue my rant just a bit more. Aaron Donald should have won the Heisman and so should have Larry Fitzgerald. And Vince Young, too.
  14. Hell, I’m still pissed Hugh Green didn’t win.
  15. I was just talking to a good friend who was a captain there, played in the early 80s, and he said he is not sure what will happen other than he will now again be able to get his field passes for whatever games he wants. So, he’s good with it. 🤣
  16. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/42933812/the-three-biggest-reasons-lebron-los-angeles-lakers-flailing-west
  17. I saw it 11 hours ago but, I didn’t want to be that grammar/English language guy.
  18. LeBron is taking some time away from the Lakers for “personal reasons”
  19. Up at State College people have a habit of “looking the other way” so I am not surprised they missed the obvious.
  20. That’s awesome. Twitter has some funny shit.
  21. So, this will be more like Bill Walsh at Stanford after his years with the 49ers rather than his years at Stanford before the 49ers?
  22. A pretty decent remake of the classic Philadelphia Story, with the lovely Grace Kelly. It’s kind of funny though that the opening aerial scene is Newport, Rhode Island and then the first scene is Louis Armstrong and his band getting off a bus at the house later occupied by the Clampetts.
