  1. Referring to this? Biden opens 9-point lead over Trump in Senate battlegrounds: poll https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/496793-biden-opens-nine-point-lead-over-trump-in-senate-battlegrounds-poll " Former Vice President Joe Biden has opened up a 9-point lead over President Trump in six states where Republican senators face difficult reelection battles this fall, according to a new poll. The survey from Hart Research Associates finds Biden at 50 percent and Trump at 41 percent among voters sampled in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Maine, Montana and North Carolina. Trump won four of those states in 2016, with the exception of Maine and Colorado. All six states feature vulnerable GOP incumbents: Sens. Marth McSally (Ariz.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Joni Ernst (Iowa), Susan Collins (Maine), Steve Daines (Mont.) and Thom Tillis (N.C.)."
  2. I like Mizzou. Scrappy program with some interesting history. I cheer for them in most of their SEC games.

    2020 NFL DRAFT

Michigan has had 4 offensive lineman drafted. That is amazing and probably not great for their prospects next year.
  4. They seem to be going back and forth between thinking the virus is when Trump strikes and brings the whole Q operation into action, and thinking the virus is a conspiracy to stop Trump by Bill Gates and his minions in the public health world. It's fascinating. There is some next level shit too, theories that the vampire blood drank by celebrity pedophile rings comes from Wuhan and the virus is related to an attempt to poison it. In other words, Q folks having a normal one.
  5. DNC would pick Cuomo. You can't pick someone like Sanders who most Democratic voters have said they feel is unacceptable.
  6. I would want Klobuchar or Duckworth for VP, don't see the appeal of Harris.
  7. Sorry but public health experts at the time cried out that disbanding the pandemic response team made us less prepared. There were reports from health groups and lawmakers asking that the team be reinstated. Current top public health officials have said that the initial and ongoing response to COVID19 would be better coordinated if that team was still in place.
  8. Biden is not as sharp as he used to be but his gaffes have been a known quantity for 30+ years. They are baked in. He came across as sharper than Bernie last night and is infinitely sharper than Trump.
  9. Turns out that an asset that exists purely for speculation and has no use cases or underlying value is not a very good safe haven? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  10. The primaries also provide a clean test of Bernie's general election argument that he would make up for losses among moderates by generating a surge in turnout by young voters and new voters. If he couldn't do it in a primary against Biden there is no way it was happening in the general.
  11. Sanders is falling behind relative to 2016 everywhere in Michigan. Becoming more and more clear the closeness of 2016 primary was more about Clinton weakness than Bernie strength.
  12. If we wasn't going to win Michigan already, this clip will seal it. This is Joe's best look.

  14. So did Harris, Castro, Booker... Do you think Harris would still be in this if she hadn't misread the room and jumped on board the "ban private health insurance" train?
  15. Stop reposting this thing people, it is not from the AHA and the numbers don't make any sense.
  16. If botching the response to COVID-19 becomes the Trump presidency's final act, there is no way it will not get more absurd before it all ends. Meaning Trump himself contracting the virus (and lying about it), Biden contracting it, or RBG dying from it a month before the election. Probably all three will happen.
  17. They should have just broke the bank and paid Romo.
  18. I'll never understand why the instinct after Nevada wasn't to project unity and try to bring broader groups of Dems on board. Instead, Bernie railed against the Democratic establishment and defended Fidel Castro.
