  1. The brutal truth. Of course, people do slip into the lives of old people and scam their savings, which is pretty common. This woman had legit connections to him, but used her relationship to empty out his bank accounts snd committed acts of fraud. Sure hope she's going down!!!!!
  2. Bill Belichick's family is terrified he'll change his will for Jordon Hudson, NFL insider claims Read it here Belichick's net worth is estimated to be at $70million after he spent 24 seasons with the Patriots, leading the franchise to six Super Bowls. And Daily Mail exclusively reported last month that Hudson had quietly amassed a $9million real estate portfolio. Cowherd went on to call Hudson the coach's 'social stockbroker' while saying the 'actual concern' of Belichick's family was that they'd be cut out of the will.
  3. Any word on how Brock Fitzhenry is looking?
  4. We are currently dealing w a case of elder abuse. My wife’s father lived on an amazing island on Pugent Sound and recently passed away. His cousin lived next door and was ‘helping’ him w his life, while cleaning out his bank accounts. We uncovered the scam in Jan and have cut off all her access, documented all the withdrawals and are filing charges. She was even withdrawing money after he died. Turns out there were three reports filed of her elder abuse and now we are dealing w the fallout. It sucks.
  5. I disagree. The right female candidate can win. We haven't had the right one yet. Sadly, the first female and/or Hispanic president may be a Republican.
  6. "So, Mr. Belichick, you would like to withdraw $350,000 to help a sick relative?"
  7. Now I understand why this thread got bumped. The Justice Department is going to pay her family $5M? How is that possible? She posed no threat? How would security have know whether she had a weapon in her backpack or not? She had her hands in the air? Maybe cause she was climbing through a broken window. We are living in an alternate universe now. Babbitt’s family filed the lawsuit in early 2024, seeking $30 million. It argued that “Ashli posed no threat to the safety of anyone” and that she was unarmed and had her hands in the air when she was shot.
  8. There is some emergency security update being implemented, but there is nothing to worry about. Everything is running normally. Treaty Oak recommends:
  9. Again, I fully expect Trump to erect a memorial to her, just like Hitler did at Nuremberg for the 16 who died during his aborted putsch.
  10. Funny how it started modern then went old-timey for a while:
  11. It didn’t start well, either.
  12. Last November exit polls seem to offer hope: Moderates and Independents make up a large percentage of voters. Source was NBC News.
  13. Please don't be @Thatguy And the rest of you can @gofuckyourself
  14. Johntay has me rooting for him now. Perhaps he realized how quickly our opportunities can be fully extinguished. I really hope he has turned the corner.
  15. Subject: Ticket Opened for Your Computer Issue — Loaner Available Dear Sawbonz, We wanted to let you know that a support ticket has been opened in your name regarding the issue you've been experiencing with your computer — specifically, the problem where the Quinn Ewers thread forum keeps opening and forcing you to read it against your will. Our IT team is currently investigating the cause and working toward a resolution. In the meantime, we have a 2003 Dell loaner computer available for you to use ( Sorry. @immamac spent our budget on blow and hookers) so you can stay productive while we complete the necessary repairs. Please stop by the IT desk on the third floor at your earliest convenience to pick up the loaner. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to have your system back to normal as soon as possible. Best regards, Your Surly Horns IT Team 4o
  16. I saw. Someone call the police cause we were robbed!
  17. Hey guys, I’ve been thinking that we need to raise the spirit of Longhorn fans for the big game next November against the Aggies. How about something like a giant bonfire to symbolize our burning desire to beat the Aggies? We could have it erected by students on the rec fields north of campus. It would be neat to go for the record of the largest bonfire ever created. Students could skip class to work on it, and if some wanted to drink while operating cranes, etc, that would just make it more fun. I don’t think the engineering students, construction professionals or professors would need to supervise the construction. Leaders appointed by the students w no construction experience should suffice. This should be a school-sanctioned event but safety protocols that normally govern all activities should be ignored in the interest this new tradition. However, the school should be absolved of liability if anything goes wrong, Who’s with me?
  18. Fewer posts that incorrectly use 'less' when they should use the word, "fewer" More pre-trial Amber Heard posts
