  1. To the people here who were criticizing us posters for saying that it was a mistake to pay Dak the league's largest contract, lol. The Cowboys absolutely did not have to sign him. They could have found anyone at least as lame as him and tried to build a team around better players. And yes, the coaches, and the GM suck.
  2. I owe everyone here an apology. When I posted this prophetic, fake Tweet two years ago, I was trying to be funny. But sometimes, trying to be funny backfires and people get hurt in real life. I feel I somehow cursed us all. I'm very, very sorry.
  3. In this short season, Aggie already has the Best Loss, the Best Win, AND THE BEST TRAP-GAME WIN FOLLOWING A BEST WIN!
  4. Surly Horns Hall of Fame move. Joking aside, Joe said his Suzy Kolber moment was what prompted him to get help w his addiction problem. As I recall, he said he was ‘disgusted’ with himself. I hope he got the help he needed.
  5. Guys. It was broadcast for free on YouTube. They showcase lots of games now for free, but I couldn’t watch Galindo. AND HAHA, now that Demi Moore is old, she says she finds trying to attract the ‘male gaze’ demeaning. She certainly had no problem with it when she posed for Penthouse when she was smoking hot.
  6. Are there people who not know that the game was broadcast for free on a YouTube? I drove from Houston so missed the first half. Tried to watch third quarter but between Galindo and the game itself, it was unwatchable. Instead, we watched the best scenes from A Few Good Men, The Wolf Of Wall Street, and The Imitation Game. I’m guessing there are also lots of folks who don’t know that Demi Moore shot a Penthouse spread before she was famous.
  7. Watching how Lincoln Riley calmly reacts to the pick six and then gives his QB a pep talk makes me sad, cause I miss Jimbo constantly yelling at his players during the game for ruining all his genius plans.
  8. If Arch passes for four touchdowns and 300 yards on Saturday, he will be the new, permanent starter. If Trey Owens comes in during the third quarter and passes for six touchdowns and 600 yards, he will replace Manning as the new, permanent starter. And if Cole Lourde comes in during the fourth quarter and somehow passes for 1,500 yards and twelve touchdowns, he will be the new permanent starter.
  9. Well, they certainly called it, so my point is irrelevant, but honestly, the reffing is all over the place. I was surprised that it was called as it looked like he was going for the ball, and I am so often surprised when it isn't called. I have no idea what the standard is these days.
  10. Okay, not to change the subject, but which one of you guys was this? "The single highest individual penalty, $40,823, was issued to a traveler who brought their own alcohol on board, was intoxicated, attempted to smoke marijuana in the lavatory, and sexually assaulted a flight attendant – all in a single flight." CNN
  11. Are you going to stand by your statement that "...Stafford, who I think is the best comparison for Dak"?
  12. But if the DB was allowed to to that all the time, no idea how WRs would be able to catch the ball. Same thing in the NBA. You can't just go drill someone in the back before the ball gets there. He didn't even make a play on the ball, just on the player. That should be called every single time. Thing is, he didn't even need to do that. Could have put his hand on his back and just played the ball itself. I know the chatter will be the Chiefs get bailed out again but this wasn't the case. I think you can argue it either way, but I've seen much more egregious calls not made. Regardless, expect plenty of sound and fury on social media, signifying nothing.
  13. Haha. Saw this on a Bengals fan forum:
  14. So you can get there early and just nail the WR? Lulz I thought the contact was secondary and that the defender has a right to the ball. It should be an interesting week, as KC always seems to benefit from the most controversial calls. I don't think there is an actual conspiracy, but I do believe in human nature, and think great teams and players get the benefit of the doubt from referees. Jordan got away with murder.
  15. What a total screw-job. No way that was PI on the Bengals. Maybe the NFL is fixed
  16. "And, men...chomp, chomp, chomp...it's important to give it...chomp, chomp, chomp,...your all on every play. We can...chomp, chomp, chomp...win this.. HEY...chomp, chomp, chomp, WHERE ARE MY TATER TOTS?"
  17. Nothing is more indicative of where Sark has taken the program than thinking how excited we were that Squints was being replaced by Colt’s brother.
  18. Maybe. But A&M has the season’s best loss.
  19. Sark has already said that if Ewers is out, it will be Cole Lourde's team.
  20. Average QB career in NFL is 30 games, regardless if they play or not.
  21. Agree, not a big upset. I predicted Atasacita might beat Westlake. We were losing to Dripping springs in the second half last year. Regardless, time for my default setting: Someone call the police cause Westlake was robbed!
  22. Here is a pretty fun video from Quinn's Rhoback shoot that I attended. Rhoback makes some really beautiful performance polos.
