  1. Fun TikTok about the Top Ten Brands in College Football. Guess who's number one? Comments are fun, too, as some people are too dumb to understand the very simple metric used.
  2. Westlake Chaps, with an unbelievable, seven-straight 6A state semi-final appearances and three state championships in the last 7 years. Westlake's run is impressive considering their student population is 2,800 students vs the 4,000-5,000 student Dallas and Houston schools they face in the playoffs.* *With 6900+ students, Allen HS probably emits its own gravity field.
  3. Good TikTok video about the Top Ten Biggest Brands in College Football. Texas again tops the list. Can you guess where Aggy landed? A. #2 B. #3 C. Not in Top Ten so did not qualify for video
  4. Apparently, they created an entire little city there just for this scam. So evil.
  5. Hot Crypto Friend Update: My hot Asian female friend is angry at me. She says I'm doing myself a disservice by not investing enough of my retirement into crypto through her friend's platform. I don't want to make her mad, so I am going to invest anther $150K. Unfortunately, our meeting-up in Taipei was delayed. She has gotten tied up in some sort of passport issue. I'll let you know when we set up the new meeting! ❤️
  6. Great point. And along with the stadium upgrade issue, Coach Schloss suggested/indicated that because they laid off people he relied on in the athletic department, he could not trust their athletic director. Aggy 'leadership' is so stupid that they can't even make huge sums of money work for them. They really are the embarrassing relatives who inherited money but are too uncouth to live with any dignity and eventually end up broke again.
  7. I need to make a correction to my earlier post. Aggy did not, 'lock in' a coach that no-one else wanted. Their hopelessly stupid contract, which is possibly the most Aggy thing of all time, did not 'lock hm in.' It simply guaranteed the most insane payout of all time to a coach who was marginal in his performance, at best. Coach Jimbo could have walked away from the contract at any time without incurring a financial penalty, not would his new school have had to pay a financial penalty for hiring him. All this for a coach no one wanted! While we have made lots of fun of this criminal waste of money, but I don't believe we have truly explored the folly of it.
  8. Probably my all-time fave quote from Texags
  9. I totally agree with you and don't like to use it. It's just with Immamac's new required post quotas, it saves a lot of time.
  10. We can't compete like Aggy. We aren't a respected part of the SEC fabric, or beloved the way Aggy is. They have owned the SEC since their entry. They have defined winning, spirit, and have the most welcoming fanbase. They have made financial decisions that programs can only look on in envy, like locking in a coach no-one else wanted with a $78M buyout. Plus, they have the traditions all other schools are envious of.
  11. NOT COOL. That's really offensive that you would imply that I attended a tantric sex convention. Why would you write that? I'M A HAPPILY MARRIED MAN. Jeez. Wow. I mean it's almost funny that you would even think that, cause that's not what I do, EVER. I mean, I don't have any problem with people doing anything like that. A lot of people feel sexually frustrated in their marriage. But I'm not one of them. However, I understand that some older people (but not me) have problems performing sex. Their bodies change, and well, it gets...difficult and they feel...tired. At least that's what I heard. But I didn't go so take down your post, please. Did someone tell you I was there? Who did you talk to?
  12. Yeah, you have to deal with some crazy shit. We sold our AirBnB last fall. It was in a great location (South Congress) and did well until 2023, when bookings fell off to mostly nil. AirBnB may be suffering a decline, plus the STR market was flooded by people who were unable to sell their homes, so they converted them to AirBnb's. Our nice, little one-bdrm couldn't compete with all the new 3 bdrm-with-pool homes on market. Here is the funniest story: Our very first renter ever wanted to extend their check-out. We had another guest coming in the same day, so we needed them out on time. (Never made that mistake again of having new guest check-in on same day) I showed up to help. The girlfriend (who was pretty cute) was PISSED at me for not extending their check-out, and the boyfriend tried to make nice by inviting me to his tantric sex convention! (He was one of the speakers, haha) The next-door neighbor, who was a cool dude, was walking by just as the boyfriend was inviting me to the convention and I saw him laughing. Later, the neighbor told me he was glad to hear that they into tantric sex, cause he said he didn't WTF was going on all day and night there. He heard, yelling, growling, screaming, etc 24-7. I guess that's part of tantric sex. He was frightened, haha. We had a good laugh.
  13. Well said, lol. I'm truly surprised it even got to trial, and I think that was as good as it was going to be. Now Alec can focus on his other wonderful initiatives: Suing the idiot, unqualified girl that his company hired as the armorer. Yes, this is actually happening. His beautiful gesture of volunteering to share the proceeds from the movie sales with the husband of the woman he shot and killed. Yes, that actually happened. The husband told him to F off and is currently suing Alec Baldwin.
  14. @Mole maybe this thread needs a new title
  15. Yes, his trial for involuntary manslaughter has begun. His lawyers have done a good job of making sure he will not face charges as a producer, but only as the shooter, which I believe helps him immensely. I still think he should be found guilty and at least perform community service. It is a very interesting trial, for sure.
  16. No, she's real, just like mine. And amazingly, the incredibly hot Asian woman is (inexplicably) highly attracted to me, a 64-year old man.
  17. All joking aside, here is the 'actual' photo of a woman who is trying to friend me on Facebook. I am guessing this is a cryptocurrency Pig Butchering scheme. What is extra-sad about cryptocurrency scams these days is that many of the scammers are victims themselves, forced to live in prison-like compounds in Asia and beaten if they don't steal enough money for their criminal organizations. The human race is truly vile. We are adept at turning anything as wonderful as the internet into a tool to ruin people's lives.
  18. No! This is legit! Thanks to her, I turned my initial $7K investment into $23,700 in ONE WEEK. I just gave her another $13K and she has promised to fly toTaiwan to meet me, so I'm going to advance her the money for a flight from Beijing. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
  19. Did it! Can everyone please avoid using the password texasextralong#2024 It's no longer available.
  20. Great idea to start this thread. This will keep the long-established Steve Sarkisian thread freed-up from too many posts.
