  1. Starting at $500,000. Starter homes. Going fast, act now!
  2. This is exactly where it is headed. It’s just a matter of when.
  3. Very funny thread: A couple of examples:
  4. That’s on you.
  5. Just stop with the G5 stuff. That’s extremely Aggie. Never go full Aggie. The top B12 and ACC teams are heads and shoulders above the G5. Other than ND and Miami, no non-SECX3 or B1G team has a top 20 class, and none will be able to do that year after year going forward. But they’re getting their share of talent. None of those programs will individually be consistently be top-10 teams, but there will be teams from those conferences in the top-10 every year, and they will be able to make runs. They’ll do so on the backs of developed seniors and decent transfers, similar to TCU 2022. They won’t be able to individually sustain that year after year, but they will be good. There’s a pretty steep drop off from B12 and ACC to G5. Being so ridiculously dismissive of the B12 and ACC is so very Aggie. Be better.
  6. Those drivers need extra training. Make sure to drift into their lane, tailgate them, and weave right in front of them. It will help with their training.
  7. I guess they figured out what to do with that empty space in the hall of champeens.
  8. It is not at all surprising that TTU has a worse recruiting class than TCU. In the 247 ratings, the top non-SECX3 and B1G teams are: ND, 11 Miami, 15 GT, 17 TCU, 23 Duke, 29 SMU, 30 Then a bunch, and then TTU at 45. The real β€œpoors” are the non-SECX3 and B1G. Let’s not go full Aggie and say those are G5 programs, but it’s going to be hard for any of them to have consistent top-10 teams. The top ones from the ACC and B12 will occasionally rise up and have a great season with the right mix of developed seniors and transfers (see TCU 2022), but they can’t keep pace every year. ND is the exception, of course. Maybe Miami, but 15 is a very long way from top 5.

  10. Yes, I’m sure TAMU would’ve dominated UT in the interregnum when UT was flailing, as evidenced by firing 3 coaches who either overstayed their welcome (Mack), or were in over their heads (Herman, Strong). After all, A&M was having unprecedented success, as evidenced by their firing three coaches for incompetence and hubris. So of course they would have dominated UT.
  11. FIFY. Not once, in any Texags or other post, have I seen any indication that any Aggie cares at all about the β€œaggy” thing. It’s very Aggie to type aggy. I used to do it. And then one day thought β€œthis is dumb.”
  12. And did it match the drapes?
  13. Gotcha (cross posting from the lol thread).

    Getting old sucks

Did this about 10 years ago when I was running in the median, no sidewalk. Took me 6 months to get back to full strength and stability. Probably what Quinn’s ankle looks like.
  15. Would have to be Disneylaxnd to make it airport codes.
  16. The metric is MORE than 8 wins since 1998. I think UT has 14 of those seasons in that time frame.
