If Quinn had Travis Hunter to throw to he would have looked much better. Oh, and also against the pathetic froggy defense...Gare isn't in FW anymore.
The receivers were open he couldn’t hit them
It's a mixture of this stadium is brand new and still has that new car smell, and this stadium is salt of the earth and how God intended football to be played, and this team is really good so gameday is awesome because everyone is happy.
It will be in the restaurants best interest to staff efficiently. The "easy shifts" shouldn't be easy because the restaurant should be staffed accordingly. So overall it's slow, but there is less staff so you are covering more tables. And the busy times would see more waitstaff. That's obviously something they would have to learn.
It's textbook theft. I've seen enough bar rescue to know that it's a common move in poorly ran establishments, but any cash transaction can be pocketed if the business is poorly managed.
I don't remember who but someone posted a while back that waiters are taxed on a % of sales, so the government is factoring in cash tips. You'd only be pocketing the cash that was over whatever that % is. Not that any of it matters much in a cashless society.
I'm fine with waitstaff making whatever it takes to end tipping. I'd rather just pay the bill of 125 and no tip, than 100 plus a 25 tip. All tipping does is allow for cheapskates to snub waitstaff or shitty managers to screw them over.
He's a first rounder, so if they don't pick up his 5th year option he's a free agent, and there is no way they are picking it up. I guess the long term plan can be to sign him as a free agent after two seasons.
They didn't give up much, but I still don't see the point. They get him for 2 years because there is no way they are picking up his 5th year option, and I don't know how you are going to show that he is flippable for anything. A 4th round pick for 2 years of a 3rd string QB.
Yes, but that is what we are talking about converting to a euro system. You said it guarantees bad service because they are getting paid regardless, but that's not the case, because people tend to do their jobs, assuming they want them. That would mean paying a waiter enough for them to want to work for you for the hourly wage you can afford. Obviously this a hypothetical because everyone is not going decide to change overnight.
