    Honestly they weren't that bad in the first half. We got away with a lot of contact on the first drive of the game and the hold on Jones was pretty blatant. Not nearly as bad as the ISU first half. If they call the 2nd half the same we should stomp them

    Sark screwed up not calling the TO but that should have been defensive delay of game for practically walking off the field and substituted player not beginning his exit until a few seconds after the offensive player arrived. If that isn't defensive delay of game then why doesn't every defense that that long and walk off on every sub? Got screwed by the refs there. Should have been 1st and 10.

    I don't see this team running the gauntlet of Philly, Buffalo, Miami undefeated. Just too much for a team that's susceptible to big pass plays and big time penalties against good teams. They're going to have to go on the road in the playoffs again. Although this year I think this offense will put up points against anyone they face even in SF or Philly. Whether they stop anyone will be a question.

    Seriously Pete? Your team got a TD drive that was 99 percent penalty yards and the Cowboys got called for all sorts of shit in that game. Refs were looking for any little thing to call all the way until the last few minutes of the game.

    Looks like Geno Smith confirmed their call was to squeeze inside and leave the edge free and sneak the back past him. In that case the back fucked up because his first steps looked like he was looking to block inside when he should have immediately shot out at the snap to the flat. Can't wait around against that speed if the edge is intentionally left free. Should have just run a screen.

    He can get his shot off clean against these low level teams. They're the same teams he was torching at ORU. We need to see if he can consistently do it against power 5 level teams who are scouting and prepared for him.

    RB was supposed to step in and help. He went the wrong way. All they needed him to do was chip and slow him down. Kearse walking up and occupying a gap changed their protection scheme and they messed it up. The back in pass pro situations is told to block inside out and the back saw Kearse occupy the guard and before he could react outside Parsons was by him. Can't really put that on him I don't think, seems protection should have slid out, but tough to know without knowing the line call.
