  1. Why? He's already got the best in the business and a young kid up and comer who apparently works his ass off. Doesn't need another recruiting guy. The guy who should be looking to place him is Nahlin. Wells is lazy and didn't even show up on campus to cover the biggest recruiting weekends of the year.
  2. If we steal the successful aggy baseball coach we should be very complimentary to aggy telling them they did a fantastic job developing this coach and getting him ready for the big time in state program.
  3. Boner meter? Right next to the name and picture of a 14 to 17 year old boy?
  4. Switzer was a coach first. He wasn't already wealthy from being the greatest defensive back to ever play the game with a long NFL career. His narcissism was tied to his identity as a coach. Deion's isn't.
  5. Gerry Hamilton says he's worked with Deion at his camps and Deion was great instructing DBs. He never said anything about how he was with any other facet of a team because he probably never saw him do anything else other than work with DBs. The dude knows playing DB and knows locker room culture but he's a narcissist and sociopath who is seemingly only focused on his kids at the expense of the team.
  6. Peyton Kirkland is already slow as shit when motivated. How slow will he be when he hates the narcissistic cunt taking snaps behind him?
  7. He wasn't suicidal at all. He was an arrogant, egotistical cocksucker who believed all regulation is unnecessary and is just there to stifle innovation. It said so right in the article. A lot of industry is over regulated, but the regulations exist in the first place because many people that came before us died or were otherwise harmed by pieces of shit like this that gave no concern to their lives in pursuit of wealth and power.
  8. Holy shit, that means at least 70 million Americans 18+ have a mental health disorder
  9. I doubt it's going to play much of a factor because both of these schools should be able to pay about the same if he's a priority target. No one is blowing out the coffers for this one to go way above and beyond. It'll be similar NIL offers most likely and come down to who does he want to play for/with.
  10. If Sark manages to keep Brown that's yet another glimpse into just how strong of a culture he's built with our program. Kenny Baker had no chance here. No matter how good of a recruiter he is he was walking in new recruiting head to head against the guy Brown committed to without ever seeing the campus. Brown loved the idea of playing for Bo so much he committed without seeing Austin at all. I thought there wasn't much chance here but damn if Sark isn't starting to develop into a true don of college football.
  11. Welcome to hellscape
  12. It's called hippie hollow not tanned hot models hollow.
  13. Well he did have access to an astrophysicist at one time and the results were hilarious
  14. It has, but the anti monopoly regulations still protect against future changes in the industry that could lead towards parasitic monopolistic practices in the field. Perhaps the regulations should have been amended to suit the current landscape, but I'll never agree with wholesale abolition of anti-monopoly regulation in any industry. The American consumer is already getting fucked sideways in so many industries we don't need less protection. Corporations are purely profit driven entities proven to give little to no consideration to the well-being of the consumer or employee so it's incumbent on governmental regulation to establish boundaries. But again, given the time it happened it's obvious why it happened.
  15. Studios owning a few theaters no problem. Studios going full corporate America and deciding to buy up theaters while hurting competing non studio owned theaters through limiting access to their movie rights is where this most likely ultimately ends up if they decide to take it that far. The choice shouldn't be theirs to decide just like it should not be in any industry. It's the case in the live music and live sports ticketing industry where everything is funneled through ticketmaster because they hold a monopoly on venues rights. As Pearl Jam and many others famously found out it's virtually impossible to schedule an American tour of their caliber without Ticketmaster as you can never book a venue above a certain size in America. The regulations on the movie industry were put in to protect against this very thing. Why remove it to give them the option?
  16. DT is just one of those position groups that take extra time baking to be ready in most cases. Sweat went from practically useless for 3 years to serviceable his 4th and the best in the nation his 5th. Even Byron Murphy, who worked as hard as anyone and was motivated from the beginning, started to look solid his 2nd year but wasn't a force until his 3rd. Give Sydir and the other 1st/2nd year guys time to bake. The 3rd year guys can be expected to start showing they have something this season.
  17. Why were the Paramount decrees rescinded in the first place? Such a weird anti-monopoly regulation to just randomly get rid of while pandering to corporate greed. Although, given the year it happened I have an idea who was paid off by big Hollywood to make it happen
  18. If it doesn't automatically load to the spot skip to 39:00 to hear new CB commit Chester break down a couple of his reads on his game clips
  19. Houston and it's surrounding areas are a giant shit hole. But occasionally it's nice to raid the area for football talents.
  20. I don't like the Mavs either but I wouldn't call Luka a shit stain. Dude is whiny though
  21. You forgot Uncle fuckers on the black side
  22. GH said he talked to Hilson's mom and she said she wants him at Texas and it's the best fit for him but the decision is his between us and FSU. Florida looks out
  23. Nickel? I don't think I've heard of a prospect that could be a nickel or TE. Dude is too big for nickel. Probably TE or DE/OLB
  24. Doesn't Stanford play in way more sports than anyone else and that gives them a huge advantage here since they can have way more teams suck that won't get counted towards the total?
  25. I'm beginning to wonder if this Del Conte fellow is uniquely competent while many of our previous ADs were routinely incompetent.
