  1. Not only that but that peer to "peer" review is often performed by someone of a different speciality. We frequently have specialities like pediatrics trying to do a review for spine/neuro procedures, something which they have little to no experience with and making determinations that are detrimental to the patient's overall health. UHC can claim all they want about the losses they have to take, but all you have to do is look at their stock over the past 3 years to call bullshit. Aetna has recently started refusing to pay for interbodies on spine cases claiming them unnecessary. What are you supposed to do? A discectomy then leave the segment collapsed? Are you kidding? 2. First thing first -- are these actual bills or EOBs from your insurance company? If they're the latter, just throw them away -- an EOB does NOT equal a bill. Even though it says it all over the document, people always assume it's what they're going to pay.
  3. They test the temperature of the urine when you submit it.
  4. Share the love. What's the rest of the report say?
  5. https://www.consumerlab.com/reviews/cbd-oil-hemp-review/cbd-oil/ I do not have a member account, but see below for some highlights
  6. Booked August 16 into SJC and out Aug 22 from SFO. It was surprisingly cheaper to rent a car and return at a different airport than it was to rent/return at the same. Now I need to figure out itinerary.
  7. Thanks MDL. Any thought on best time of year to see the W coast? Cost or weather wise
  8. I'm thinking about scheduling a Cali trip with the wife. I really want to do Napa (or just a wine region, in general) for a day or two. All the pics on this and the PB/Monterey threads of Big Sur or where ever are breath taking. Would it be possible to hit those areas up on a 4-5 day trip? We would be flying from DAL into anywhere SWA services. I don't know if it would be best to fly into Oakland and drive up to Napa for those few days, down to Big Sur, and then back to Oakland to return the car/fly home? Thoughts? I need to figure out a good itinerary, places to stay, eat, sites. I would love to do a light morning hike one day that doesn't take all day so we can fit some more things in.
  9. I've got the same issue but have been unsuccessful in getting the SA to take root over the past few years. I'm thinking just too much shade (needs a minimum of 6 hrs of sun I think). I've seeded some fescue along the N side of the foundation and it has done quite well over 2 seasons. What are the thoughts fescue? For reference, I'm in far North Dallas.
  10. Any chance you can copy/paste this recipe? Pay wall
  11. So, the shitty piece of wood I have there isn't good?
  12. That's a lot of fucking words for a post with no picture.
  13. A two year old does not respect sunglasses on face, shirt, or head. Everything is fair game to be thrown, eaten, or ripped apart. Hence the need for cheapness at this stage of my sunglasses need. (FWIW, my previous 3 pairs were Raybans and Maui Jims -- I'm not paying that again until I have grown kids) This rec is suspicious. They have been blowing up my facebook page for weeks with this brand. Do you have some and are they legit? I like the idea that they float for the lake
  14. Any good recommendations? I'm tired of buying expensive pairs only to have them ripped off my head by the toddler and broken. 3 criteria the new ones must meet: 1 Polarized 2 Somewhat cheap (probably getting 2 or 3) 3 Comfortable (those 90s neon shades kill my ears)
  15. I dunno. I listed it for $200. I'd do something close
  16. Anyone want to buy a 18" WSM? DFW. Only have top rack
  17. I've used mothers VLR
  18. I like the old guy driveby
  19. There was a thread on the old site that had some good information regarding custodians, rates, etc. Anyone refi recently that would want to share their rate?
  20. If you're super hardcore I suppose you could use a filter. I just wash, then park the car in the garage to give myself a more time to towel dry.
  21. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I shop insurance companies every year. I've never had to deal w/ my mortgage company once while switching. My agent simply sends them the new provider year over year. I just closed today on a refi, but read this thread too late. When I asked to opt out of escrow this past week, I was told it was too late and they would have to redo paperwork with my rate lock expiring before then. It's almost certain that the lender is going to sell my mortgage before the June 1st payment. When they sell, is that my opportunity to opt out of escrow?
  22. The more foam in you have, the easier it is for dirt, dust, etc, to get suspended and then wash away, which is great if you're doing a contactless maintenance wash. If you're doing a contact wash, it decreases the amount of stuff that can be an abrasive while wiping the vehicle.
