  1. My daughter is a CIT at Rocky River in Wimberley. Their cabins are pretty high up so they didn't get hit by the 15 flood,... however I asked her if they had flood evac plans in place and she said no. I'm guessing that most others probably don't either. I'm betting it will be mandatory after this year.
  2. I imagine everyone had a boogie board
  3. He's the same one who actually warned about the possibility of flash flooding yesterday. Nobody listened.
  4. That's a bummer. That dude was a fucking character.
  5. Yeah I fucked that up. My UT GIS professors are rolling in their graves.
  6. Well, as a flood control lake, CL is saving NB's ass this weekend.
  7. It's not really on the river so that graphic is odd. But the river passes it about 15 miles north, the hits Guad state park, then Spring Branch, then Canyon Lake.
  8. One thing this thread absolutely doesn't need is updates and insights from Helobious.
  9. My personal SE New Braunfels forcefield is currently doing work sending the rest of you rain right up the 35 poop chute. MyRadar 7-4 1-33PM.mp4
  10. Looking at the radar, Wimberley may be getting a train of heavy rain over the next several hours. And if the system moves east, the lower Guad may get some as well.
  11. Agreed. You don't wake up to chin high water.
  12. Upper Guad and Colorado both getting soaked
  13. Seriously. Ours are top notch. I would turn into this guy.
  14. btw if you ever are in the Pikes Peak/Colo Springs area, Manitou Springs has a whole city block that's basically nothing but old arcade games and kids old quarter slot rides. It's pretty fuckin cool. Except I got Covid there.
  15. Before 2026 is over I guarantee many of them will be negatively affected. However most of them won't change their votes because they are fucking idiots.
