  1. Delivery of a CS, to wit: Lysergic acid diethylamide
  2. First time with this but results were pretty solid. I brined/cured/smoked a brisket flat to make pastrami. Then I reubenized it.
  3. It’s the opposite, really. I’m lucky to have only caught those two cases in my youth.
  4. I used to have clients that could not have even a Class C “ticket” for a disorderly conducts w/losing that clearance. They don’t fuck around.
  5. Fixed my prior post, since I botched the original so bad. That post was in response to Cement’s analysis about boosters.
  6. Spaghetti a la chitarra with clams/sauce.
  7. Interesting. What line of work are you in? I ask because Anastasis seems to have the diametrically opposite view on this specific point.
  8. DWI is a misdemeanor. Felony was unrelated. Felony deferred in 1992, age 18. DWI conviction from 1997. Licensed in 2005.
  9. I’m a licensed attorney with a DWI conviction and a first degree felony deferred adjudication on it record. Got licensed with no probationary period (brief hearing required). Now I’m actually a prosecutor. DWI is widely considered a crime often committed by “people that aren’t generally criminals”.
  10. The current ignition interlock devices have to be serviced and calibrated pretty often, and those services are not free. I just can't wait for the insurance companies to pas all of the savings back to policyholders as a result of the reduced claim payouts.
  11. You can, if a certain span of time has passed and you write an essay or some shit.
  12. I had a judge launch into me about wearing a mask on the fucking elevator with her. She’s 100% certified looney toons, which is hilarious (but sad) since one of her main duties is presiding over the mental commitment docket.
  13. I mean, probably not. The stat was for new cases. “Same day” fatalities aren’t really a thing, obviously.
  14. ETA: They most certainly did temp scan me upon entering the building in Round Rock. My procedure was on 12/15, for reference.
  15. I had a procedure last week at S& W. I also did not have to test, after answering the pre-op screening questions several times during the week prior. They basically asked if I had any symptoms and whether I was vaxxed/boosted. I think “no, yes, yes” allows patients to forego the testing.
  16. This bitch Priscilla KNOWS that Christmas is all about her in this house.
  17. [deleted}
  18. I made your mom an infectious disease expert.
  19. Yeah. That replay of the carting off in SLOW MOTION was garbage broadcasting.
  20. That WR just frozen like that was crazy AF. I’m assuming it was from his head slamming on the ground.
  21. Lyric from Tupac.
  22. This is one of the dumbest takes ever.
  23. 1. No, although he could be. 2. No. If your client denies guilt then that’s the position taken. It’s a high bar to prove that the attorney KNEW that the defendant was lying, to such a degree that they should intervene and refuse to call them as a witness. You may not like that application here, but systemically, it really needs to be that way.
  24. His concern was lack of “visible smoke”, which isn’t really anything to try and “fix”. That said, those tubes are still a great idea for some people just looking to amp up the “clean” smoke that they produce. I haven’t found the need to use one since I have sufficient smoke flavor, whether I can see it or not.
