  1. NSIAP, but in Wilco, there is not even a pretext of 1a, 1b, etc. They do not even ask the question.
  2. Bell County and Williamson County continue to let people schedule appointments while NOT contacting their wait list participants first. These wait lists are going to be useless for a while. Just find the direct scheduling links and refresh all day. Just slammed a reservation through for myself at the Family Hospital whatever in CP. I’m 1b, so no guilt.
  3. NSIAP, but the Family Health (cedar park, etc) “wait list” is total bullshit. I know several people who have booked an appointment, but either never received an email or were never on the wait list at all. They just booked a link when available on that main page. Not too mad though. Getting needles in arms as fast as possibly I guess.

  5. As of 1 minute ago, there is no live link to schedule appointments with the Bell County hub, so I’m not sure how to get in on all of this availability. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. In the next few weeks, CVS in the 512 area will be getting an unknown quantity of doses. It appears that they have almost finished their LTC vaccinations.
  7. Probably because all of those residents already have their own syringes.
  8. Around the 5:15 mark, when they discuss Ted Cruz’ notes left at his desk...peak MAGAtard.
  9. Lol! This article has some really absurd shot related to the Bell County distribution. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.kcentv.com/amp/article/news/health/coronavirus/clarification-bell-county-to-only-vaccinate-1a1b-recipients-at-this-time/500-43bec60a-118b-439d-adbd-5aaf509391eb
  10. The answer is so obvious that no one has bothered to state it so I will: Those things are also terrible and should be met with Justice. Those acts are not “ok” and not a legitimate means of achieving any “goal”. Also obvious: Trying to stop a vital government proceeding by unauthorized use of force by a mob, at the center of our entire government is also terrible, etc. I hate to tell you this, but the vast majority of the “left” agrees with these opinions. Do you?
  11. Ok. But the part about a coordinated effort to let this happen? Wilkerson specifically pushes back against that assertion.
  12. From the “article” you cited: “What does that mean? Well, it probably means a period of slavery. I mean, abject slavery for the average worker replaced by a period of we don’t need you anymore, so let’s conjure up a coronavirus or something, to get rid of you and let’s replace you with technology.” Ok. Of course, it all seems to fit right in with the 9/11 truther stuff also referenced by that organization.
  13. Yeah. I’m beyond tired of Pelosi’s “leadership”.
  14. This thread reminds me... I’ve always wondered why there isn’t a thread dedicated to standup comedy, podcasts, the industry, etc.
  15. Ryan Bailey.
  16. The use of mRNA is not in chartered territory though. It’s been in the works for years and has already had published data related to its use for about 3 or 4 vaccines already.
  17. Agreed, except when the written script has errors in dosing or there is a serious cross-reaction concern. Just saying “this isn’t from the right kind of specialist” is ridiculous, even if, as in the example we are discussing, the script is being written for the doctor himself as the patient.
  18. Ok, but hospitals have frequently required flu shots for staff. This is no different. And spare time the “free will” bullshit. They have free will to work somewhere else. Also, hospitals have another interest at stake. If their staff doesn’t get vaccinated and then contracts it or spreads it to other co-workers, now they have a staffing issue. Also, your dad has been an MD for 60 years? Impressive. I hope to hell I’m capable of working at that age.
  19. Same, and it’s kinda sad because Billy now has an extensive rap sheet rivaling RT’s.
  20. This. An H‑E‑B pharmacist called my wife’s CVS the other day because she had an appointment a few days away to get the first dose at H‑E‑B. They had a cancellation so they offered that dose to her, rather than letting it expire that day. Mrs. Scottsins was stuck closing her store, so the H‑E‑B pharm brought it to her and administered the dose, which I find pretty awesome and encouraging.
  21. Retail locations do not know when they will be vaccinating individuals in stores. I know this because my wife runs a pharmacy. ETA: Vaccine doses are not even being stored, etc at most retail locations. They are being distributed from a centralized location, I believe. CVS handling nursing homes is what allows H‑E‑B to immunize 1a in stores currently.
  22. CVS and Walgreens are dosing nursing home residents like crazy right now. That’s why they state that the don’t have them when people call. They’re getting a lot and dosing on schedule, just not done with their obligations yet.
  23. Bell County. Possible felony. Facts alleged relate to a domestic assault situation, with unlawful restraint and terrorist of threat. That’s all I got for now.
  24. No criminal or “dog court” problems are likely at all. I know it’s been said before, but I felt that it was my duty to reply to this thread as official surly dog lawyer (because I handled one whole case).
