  1. We have addressed this already. Not defending the mob, but the “defending his business” included wielding a machete/sword while chasing a guy away .
  2. Quoted in order to edit for punctuation.
  3. Link to this being the “violent ANTIFA/Black Lives Matter riot” which is how the tweet refers to it. I appreciate the booking photos but fuck that conclusory, source-lacking bullshit. Same genius tweeted: “Vehicle with American flag symbols is surrounded and attacked in Austin, Texas. #antifa #BlackLivesMatter” The video in the clip was the assault on Alex Jones’ armored vehicle, not just some random proud American.
  4. And also, casual observers and even posters all over this site up until this morning have constantly equated “protesters” with “looters and arsonists”. To that end, the dickheads causing a lot of the damage know, CORRECTLY, that BLM and other Floyd protesters will be blamed by the public. Glad to see a glimmer of hope that we may change some of that perception with this new info.
  5. That twitter account is suspicious AF, if you scroll through it.
  6. This is precisely why I switched over to the prosecutor’s office. Hoping to just do justice and take up a job that might otherwise go to some fucking career-ladder obsessed, conviction rate fluffer law school gunner.
  7. I took Crim. Pro and advanced Crim. Pro from Mark Osler. /csb
  8. Based on my experience in criminal law, my best estimate is yesterday. When people flip, it’s usually FAST, because they know that there’s an advantage to being first to start talking. Just a general observation, but more often than not, the reality.
  9. Yeah. Here is a new article with a few new pieces of info: https://www.wacotrib.com/news/crime/sources-undercover-officer-in-hit-case-was-in-attorneys-motorcycle-club/article_cd5cf46b-4b61-52b4-a0c4-634723b161e3.html From the article... Also, he is being represented by Jeff Kearney, which means that whatever the outcome, it will be without question the best possble with nthe facts and evidence. Kearney doesn't fuck around at all. He is one of just a few defense attorneys that I mention by name whenever someone asks who to hire if "money is not an issue", along with the guys at Roy and Perry Minton's firm in Austin. I'm kind of assuming that he is taking this case pro bono, since Seth, at one time, was a notable member of TCDLA, etc. Real talk, I was kinda hoping that Adam Reposa would make an appearance just for the circus.
  10. Not sure if it’s in the short OP video version, but at one point when they tell the Asian cop that Floyd is not responsive and to check his pulse...he replies “He probably just OD’ed”.
  11. My first viewing of this event was the full 10 minutes. I didn’t realize that the edited version was the one referenced in the OP. It really changes the impact, IMO. It’s at lest 4 minutes of the cop just posing on top of a completely lifeless body. Doesn’t even seem real. I agree with a comment earlier that the main murderer seems to be acting in defiance of the mean words from non-whites without blue stripe American flag bumper stickers. This other angle shit showing all 4 cops...JFC.
  12. So, the 10 year old alleged victim of Beaudin’s child sex charges is not related to Chelsea, btw. As far as I know their (Chelsea and hit target) divorce was final. Per Facebook, she currently had a significantly younger live-in boyfriend. Hmmm...
  13. I don’t. That’s why I’m hiding inside your mom.
  14. Normally these cases involve pretty solid wiretaps, audio, etc. I’m interested to see who made the introduction between them and the UC cop. Seth was also president of a motorcycle club, which obviously makes one wonder.
  15. Seth is a friend of mine. Whole situation is fucked up. I can not wrap my head around this whole deal.
  16. Does it count if there's no murder, but just an attempt to hire a contract kiler (who ends up being an undercover cop)? If so, then as of today, I can answer "Yes" to the questioned posed in the OP. https://www.wacotrib.com/news/crime/waco-attorneys-charged-in-conspiracy-to-murder-plot/article_e4abd683-125e-54b5-997c-7948196b3f6f.html
  17. It’s not hard to imagine, since Rogan has zero real need for this deal. He made $30M in 2018 with his previous deal. I assume that this $100M is for 2 years? My main point is that $30M-50M/year is “fuck you” money. Its exclusive rights to 190M downloads/month. Spotify will take with little need for interference.
  18. Wtf? You posted a 1.5+ hour video featuring Alex Jones’ attorney? Ok. Maybe give a summary/Cliff’s notes version?
  19. https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2019-10-18/ken-paxton-blocks-payment-to-formerly-incarcerated-man-innocent/ "When Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar prepared to release a compensatory payment to Brown – as he is required to do under the 2009 Tim Cole Act – Paxton intervened to block the payment, although the A.G. has no authority in the matter. Nevertheless, an official in the comptroller's office responded to Paxton's intervention and withheld the payment."
  20. I’ve heard similar reports, which leads me to question the validity of these mass drive through testing facilities. I have seen that most/all of them have patients swabbing themselves in their cars. I just have a difficult time believing that they are doing it while properly taking all of that length.
  21. Yeah. As much as I thought I couldn’t hate anyone more than Dr. West, the series just kept parading worthless pieces of shit out over and over agin for me to despise just as much. ETA: No CR, but fuck Texas AG Paxton for opposing compensation for Alfred Brown, with his whole bullshit about the withheld records possibly proving Brown’s guilt.
  22. NSIAP, but Innocence Files is great so far. This forensic dentist (Dr West) deserves the worst kind of existence.
