  1. Is hamsterhookah Derka's dad or something? How can anybody read this stream of consciousness nonsense and think "yes, I agree and am glad somebody wrote that"?
  2. everything you write is painful to read
  3. I double down and move farther away. So if I'm upstairs in another room and she starts yelling, I go downstairs. If I'm in the kitchen, I go into the garage. Eventually I'll just hang out in my kids' treehouse.
  4. bingo And Frank can even think it's because the boys beat Mattson so bad he didn't want to talk to them anymore.
  5. I disagree. The 192 is real, I think. I think Mattson was responding to what he perceived to be Roman's very real desire not to sell to him. He is giving them a price the board will not reject, so that Roman has to do what Mattson wants. It's a power play; he is buying Roman and Ken and showing them they are irrelevant and what they want does not matter. He cultivated Shiv so he could split and weaken the three siblings. And that's why he wanted her to take a picture of Roman and Ken when the deal landed - to watch them in agony knowing the sale was now unstoppable but having to pretend that everything was good and they did a good job.
  6. Everything looks good but the potatoes look incredible.
  7. Completely agree. Shoeless Joe Jackson wasn't ITALIAN
  8. This was a great episode. However, I NEED to see them win a match now.
  9. My three favorite places are the Villa of the Mysteries, the Odeon, and the Forum. Thanks for the info. I spent every day for a week in Pompeii when I was in college. If people ever have the time I recommend Herculaneum as well.
  10. Last time I went to Capri the cable car was not operating and we hiked all the way to Tiberius' Villa. I thought I was going to die. But this area is excellent. Let me ask you this: I heard that they moved most of the significant Pompeiian art and archaeological artifacts to the Museo Nazionale in Naples. So, to get the full effect, you had to hit that museum and the ruins. Is that still the case? How was Pompeii?
  11. I'm throwing in a vote for staying in Sorrento. It's centrally located, direct access to Capri, really cool town. Stay in the Excelsior Vittoria if you're rich.
  12. Nope. https://www.thetrace.org/2022/08/nra-foundation-grants-amicus-briefs/#:~:text=(Though its affiliate's name is,according to NRA meeting minutes.)
  13. That's fair, I guess. If you just want it to make loud noises toward a target without jamming, it's fine.
  14. I am not. They are not good firearms. They are sturdy and reliable but they are clunky, inaccurate, and poorly crafted. Taurus handguns are literally garbage. They couldn't even properly manufacture the designs they stole from Beretta.
  15. I also liked Roy locking eyes with Jamie and nodding during Zava's retirement video.
  16. I would spend $1000 not to make my wife a card like a kindergartner.
  17. They make good bolt action rifles, single action rifles, and revolvers as well. But the Mini-14, Mini-30, and all their semiauto handguns? Blech.
  18. I think Ruger makes some things very well. With the exception of the Mark series .22s, none of those things are semiautomatic handguns. In fact, I'd go so far as to say only the 10/22 and the Mark series are the ONLY semiautomatic firearms made by Ruger that are not garbage.
  19. Not at all. I very rarely carry but when I do it's a Walther PPK/S
  20. No shit. I hope he offsets by buying Ruger stock.
  21. disagree on both 1 and 2 but have no opinion on whether the Sig is a safe design
  22. Maybe but they could have done that with cut scenes. I assumed it was all happening at the same place.
