  1. DAMN! YOU WANT SOME BUTTS? (the Goose Jr. character did not seem in his 30s when I watched the trailer once a few weeks ago)
  2. I’m not reading this entire thread, but I laughed thinking that Goose’s son was born in the late 1970’s but he seems to be about 30 in this movie.
  3. Kyle Boller and Jamarcus Russell could throw it a long way too. An easy knock on Willis is he didn’t have many great games against poor competition, and some games against the better (average) opponents his stats were bad.
  4. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if the Packers took Malik Willis?
  5. Sold. BOB is gone so let’s get Coutee’s ass back here! The aggy fullback can be the third down back when Rex Burkhead has go back to the sideline for Rogaine.
  6. A local player that nobody outside of the Big12 has ever heard of or gives a shit about. As Icono said, “second best player on Baylor’s defense!” Hell yeah sounds ready to pwn some people in the NFL! Most mock drafts had him in the third round, but we take him at 37 rather than spend a 5th to move up for Breece Hall or the NDSU WR. Or take the Pedo St. DE. Or settle for Ken Walker III. We are going to end up with Rex Burkhead and some 7th round SW Carolina St. fullback as our RBs next season.
  7. This drunk old man trashing his own franchise
  8. Baylor safety feels like Keke Coutee, where he will be on the roster for three years but never do shit.
  9. Shocked no one: GB gets the fringe first round WR from NDSU; and someone jumps one stop in front of Houston to butt fuck them.
  10. I’ll hit the edit post button, and the negs will fly right by.
  11. Most people say he is the best WR in the draft and he will be back after week 10? Minnesota seems dumb at trades, so maybe they will give you the high second rounder back if you agree to flip flop 4th rounders? 😆
  12. Caserio in interview this morning said Pittsburgh offered to trade up to #15 from #20, but Houston was afraid the two guys they were targeting (one obviously was Kenyon Green) would be gone by then, and there was a big talent drop off starting around #18.
  13. Positivity: Stingley is more physical than Sauce and played against SEC (!!!) talent, so he might actually be the better corner. Kenyon Green doesn’t look sexy at #15, but most mocks had him in the top 24 so it’s not like they took a third round projection (looks at Belichick and Chattanooga boy). In 5 years looking back, 35% or more of the first rounders will have been duds. If Green is still a good starter at guard, it will look like a good pick. The Texans have the opportunity to take a guy at #37 that was projected to be a first rounder this year. Hopefully it will be a long term starter such as RB Hall, the NDSU WR (who I bet GB is sweating will be drop to them at their next pick), or the Penn St. DE.
  14. Jimmy Johnson’s draft chart laughs at Minnesota again…
  15. Don’t forget Jason Babin and Kareem Jackson (he played a while but wasn’t a first round CB, they picked him due to some circle jerking with Saban). More recent stinkers include CB Kevin Johnson and D2 OT Tytus Howard. The Texans are just as bad or worse than the average NFL team. But where they really suck is at second and third rounders…
  16. Do not want a player who benefited from explosiveness and then had a full thickness Achilles tear. Breece Hall, ND St WR, maybe the Penn St. DE would be the next to put high talent at positions of need.
  17. NY Jets and Giants both had a great first round. Damn Texans let Jets and Jags trade up from early second to take Johnson and Lloyd. Hopefully there’s some good shot still there at 37.
  18. It would also be nice to use that extra 4th and 5ths they got to move up from #37 and grab Johnson or Lloyd at the end of the first round.
  19. RB Breece Hall made it past Buffalo and Detroit trades its two picks between now at #37. They were the two most likely predicted destinations. 👀
  20. I wish we had the Jets’ picks (Sauce + Garrett Wilson).
  21. I think he’s an employee of the Texans for their website?
  22. KC must not mind short arms on a CB, following Pittsburgh taking little hands.
  23. Zierlein is BFF with the Colt’s GM, his dad is/was a Steelers OL coach for a long time, and he’s right with a lot of agents. He liked Sauce better than Stingley, but knew Lovie and Caserio liked Stingley and were going to take him back on Monday. He got tipped off yesterday about Kenyon Green being their pick if they couldn’t trade back up and get the OT or WR they wanted.
  24. It would be nice if they got Breece Hall and had a RB that actually kicked ass rather than Patriot retreads and dudes they picked in the 6th round. I doubt he will be there at #37 though. Johnson and LB Devin Lloyd would be worth trading back up for. There are also some good dudes that may be around at the top of the second (OT from Tulsa, DE Karlaftis from Purdue, CBs from Clemson and Florida, ND St WR).
