  1. Good question, but I love these 6 pm start times.
  2. Reaching out for advice from the pool veterans here. We bought our house in the Houston area a year ago with pool. We just noticed our pool heater has gone out. I am assuming the deep freeze in February is to blame. The quote to replace the heater came in at $3,388. Questions: - Is this about right to replace? - If not, is it due to so many heaters being damaged in the freeze and availability is scarce thus driving up the price? - Any shot at getting my extended home warranty (covers pool equipment) to cover it, or will it be denied based on a weather act? Thanks.
  3. Right? Do these guys have a strength and conditioning program?
  4. Maybe it's time to switch to decaf. Your sarcasm meter needs recalibrating. Chill, dude.
  5. USC's success in baseball reminds me of University of Houston's success in Men's Golf. UH has 16 national titles, but none since 1985.
  6. Heart attack. 71. Seemed like a good guy and was respected around the league as he continued to serve in roles after his HC stint with the Giants. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/31587569/former-new-york-giants-head-coach-jim-fassel-dies-71
  7. Is it just me, or is Schumer one of the quietest Majority Leaders in recent memory? Especially, given the state of the country and actions of the minority party.
  8. The back-and-forth between her and the screaming homeless person reminds me of the Tony and Ezekiel video meme.
  9. Just in time to get a new bass boat for Memorial Day Weekend!!
  10. 63 (-7) Great start for Jordan on a track he knows well. Grouped with Phil and bested him by 10.
  11. My mistake. Thanks for educating me.
  12. Any thought to extensive incest in the Ross family? Could the Downs Syndrome daughter been a result?
  13. Doesn't he own a bunch of nice hotels? Saw this from Business Insider: "Sondland has assets worth between $78 million and $185 million."
  14. Not sure how, but I got a feeling that Lori is involved too.
  15. Thought of another one. For meatloaf, we used oats instead of bread or breadcrumbs.
  16. Poor Man's or not, it makes a great lasagna. I do the half rocotta half cottage cheese, as well.
  17. Macaroni and Tomatoes. Elbow macaroni and Hunt's diced tomatoes. Salt. Pepper. Apparently, it's a West Virginia thing from where my folks are from. Great hangover meal.
  18. Probably more due to the 20 Club professionals in the field who are way in over their heads.
  19. Creative editing job last night. I was for sure convinced Dawn was going home.
