  1. If you extend that to everyone who happens to hear music than I wouldn't argue. For people who actually enjoy music I don't see it though, for several reasons. One, and perhaps the biggest, is that community informs so much when it comes to music. It's not really the listening and picking out AI or not, it's that there is so much mingling in the fan bases, consumers etc.. that it would get out instantly and offend everyone in most genres. Bro country would not be part of my reference above however...
  2. He is the artist, that's correct. That isn't a songwriting credit.
  3. He literally name checks Goodman in the song?
  4. Well, what I am saying is I don't think that's a hunch, I think it's pretty obviously the case.
  5. Nice. You can also hammer loose nails back in when you aren't recording.
  6. I mean, I don't find it incredible that the guy vowing more affordable housing is popular with those paying exorbitant market rates, but maybe that's just me.
  7. The Democratic party as we know it is essentially dead. It either refreshes itself with young, energetic candidates or it goes on as a zombie version of what it has been.
  8. I mean, I wouldn't call AOC or even Mandami populists. They both have a very astute grasp of the complexities of governance.
  9. Preach. Half of our bands IG posts have the #noai tag in them.
  10. Those people were never that into actual music to start with. It's just background noise to a much bigger subset of the population than anyone cares to admit.
  11. Pretty much everyone hates AI music. Here's a thread full of people decrying it https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/suno-studio-or-how-ai-ended-music-the-way-we-knew-it.2716789/
  12. A bit?
  13. Now I'm a pretty big Motorhead stan, but if I'm honest, nothing touches early Rolling Stones. Absolutely the most biting, violent and malevolent music ever made.
  14. C'mon, the world famous Jimmy Jazz's daughter is in Die Spitz.
  15. Obligatory
  16. I didn't realize Bump had left the Post.
  17. I know the kids are into the retro shit these day but bringing back the war on drugs and South American military adventurism seems a little over the top imo.
  18. I've recommended it before, but if y'all are ever in London, you have to go to L'Autre in Shepherd Market. It's, get this, a Polish/Mexican restaurant. Literally pierogi next to enchiladas on the menu. It's a riot.
  19. Newport News
  20. I was grabbing a drink with an old college buddy of mine in DC about 10 years ago and he told me he had just come of Jos A Bank to stock up on suits. Pulled out a receipt for 2,500 buck. I asked him if he owned the fucking franchise now.
