  1. We want 59. Get ready for the Ags. All gas, remember! 2 more TDs. No laying down, goddammit
  2. I can't fucking believe it. Another TD. Wow! I keep waiting for something to go wrong... Damn me
  3. Nice catch Livingstone. Good adjustment, I suppose
  4. Sark seems fascinated by the short side of the field
  5. Glad we got that last TD. Still have some breathing room
  6. 14 jacking around. Go get him
  7. Arch looks more in control of the situation than I've seen him. His scrambles are controlled. He's looking for and finding receivers. Dodging tackles, breaking some
  8. Ball went right thru a defender's hands. Maybe had a little zip on it
  9. Talk about threading the needle. Need a screenshot of that
  10. Sweet! Nice on Arch. 38 much better than 34!
  11. Wisener moves the chains
  12. I'm asking because it changed a second and 2 into a 3rd and 4, then got the pic. Need more of that shit
  13. Arch is looking pretty legit
  14. If you want something done right, do it yourself
  15. Brilliant Defensive Coordinator - or Offensive Line Coach
  16. Claire Danes, with a little makeup (please), could play all UT football fans. Other moments
  17. Re Lamb and Pickens: They'd have never done this with Jimmy Johnson as their coach. One of the two would spend the game on the sidelines and very possibly find himself looking for a job the following week. You can't play at peak level when you've been up all night - unless you're taking something to wake you up. They should trade Lamb in the off season.
  18. Defender was holding him all the way. You can't call a pass uncatchable if the receiver can't run his route. It's high fucking time the refs started calling holding on plays like that. Last time I checked, holding was still a penalty. What they ought to do is sideline any player for a quarter or a half (offense or defense) after his second hold in any game. I'll take that call over the non-call on the blatant pass interference against New Orleans (vs the Rams, I think) a few years back. The NFL and its players have gotten lazy.
  19. With a running attack that prolific, we're sure to attract the best RB recruits in the nation
  20. If we had prepared for that play, we wouldn't have been 7 yards (and backing) behind the recovery line. The only way to stop that play is to have your people at the recovery line (10 yds from the spot of the kick, usually the 45 YL) with some ready to move up and grab it before it crosses that point with others ready to back them up. These coaches might, I repeat "might" know a few things about football, but they are terrible game day decision makers and they don't have a clue when it comes to practicing something until you've got it down pat. It almost feels like they are afraid to piss off some prima donas on the team so they play Mr. Nice Guy as if they're in a popularity contest. I saw one coach screaming on Saturday (at #24). We should have seen that from every one of them at the start of the year. Maybe by this point screaming wouldn't be necessary. This team is looking to me like one of the worst coached Texas teams in history. I suppose we've had plenty of teams who weren't as talented as this one, but I can't remember one that repeatedly made so many mistakes. The coaching staff needs to go. Wouldn't bother me if that included Sark.
  21. Our secondary sucks. So many plays - some critical plays where the receiver was wide open.
