DKR planning for 50% capacity for the fall
Well I had my call with the foundation today. I’m going to opt out as I like many of you don’t see a real season happening this Fall. Curious for anyone else that was not going to opt out of they ended up reassigning their seats and how it compares. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

COVID-19 2nd wave - Texas only - Stats and such
Just got back from Surfside on Monday and found it to be a very pleasant experience other than trying to get children to nap/sleep. Rented a house just north of the town... plenty of people out on the beach but lots of space between.

Not doubting... just reducing exposure. Have to take a few wins to buoy the losses

Not sure it'll go back down to the high .70's but that'd be a good reentry I'm in at .81 with some more buys from .75 down to .65. Let go of half of my ALPP stack on this pop here too.

This is Texas. A Modern Texas. What Is A Ranch?
My family homesteaded the place we still hunt NW of San Angelo way back in the 1800's (Sterling City area). csb...Just talked with my dad this weekend and our cousin's place in Water Valley is overrun with Coyotes. They estimated they had about 1000 sheep and they are down to about 200. Sounds like the coyotes are now too smart fo the traps and poison so they have just been hunting them from a helicopter with ARs. If you on't get them all they just recruit more and they are having a real tough time snuffing these guys out. Our place which is not that far has not had real issues with coyotes/hogs... just a couple mountain lions and a few bears that past few summers.

TCAD has my house at $390 a sqft... a recent appraisal had it at $450 a sqft. But my neighbors (that is very similar to mine) just sold for $500 a sqft. So big difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- All Encompassing Mortgage and Real Estate Thread

Not just NW Austin... a house over here in East Austin was just redone (really nice btw) and listed at just below 1M. It had 20 showings in the first day and 14 offers by the next day. 5 of those cash offers and several above list.- DKR planning for 50% capacity for the fall
Under the 50% they would just be accommodating season ticket holders. I have not heard anything about whether they classified student tickets in that category.- AISD's (and other districts) Plans for Schools Starting August 18
Based on what I know today the Day School that my little ones attend are not governed by the TEA therefore they plan to move ahead with starting back in Sept. It seems like most K+ programs are going the virtual route (at least initially) but for those with kids in programs prior to K are you holding them out of that and keeping them at home? I'm torn but my wife wants to do that. I'm really waiting to see what the schools has in terms of options. Last year I paid tuition for nothing in return... this year I'll be damned if I'm doing that again. - Rate a post
