  1. Ah yes, for clarification...My brother and I play music every now and then, she had an idea we could form a family band like the Partridge Family (we're old) and she could play the Jambourine.
  2. The monologue was clunky, but had some laughs. Thought it was a solid show al the way through.

My wife made me. I appreciate all music, had a hard time last night. The blond girl will be never heard of again for her music, maybe in acting? Chappel Roan has a nice voice, the hot to go song is like ice picks in the ears.

  18. Thanks Thunder. It is the hardest thing to do, but I know I this is what have to do. He's not violent, highly intelligent, just an alcoholic. 3-5 years deferred is what he was initially sentenced to. He was put in the community sentencing program with strict guidelines, no alcohol or weed. He broke it, they sent him to a rehab center, got caught drinking there, they sent him to prison for 6 months. He was released in July, was living in a sober living house, working, going to counseling, paying his fees. They allowed him to leave the sober living and get his own place. He was working, paying bills, doing community service. Was going to "graduate" from the community sentencing program and tested positive for alcohol and weed on his court date. They put him in county and issued an application to accelerate. So, I assume that means he'll get 3-5? His initial charges: Count as Disposed: DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE ALCOHOL AGGRAVATED(DI1MAG) Count as Disposed: DRIVING WITH LICENSE CANCELLED/SUSPENDED/REVOKED(DL1) Count as Disposed: LEAVING SCENE OF ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE(HR2)

  20. Thank you. I'll find out who is handling his case, would they be willing to talk to me or is that not common practice?
  21. i'm hungry now.
  22. I'm done throwing money at lawyers for my son's troubles. He violated his community sentencing rules and is back in jail, he's begging for me to get him an attorney. I just can't do it anymore. Is going with a public defender just basically giving up? Not sure what answers I'm looking for here. Do public defenders basically just do the minimum and go along with what the DA wants in the end?
  23. Unstoppable (2024) About Anthony Robles, one legged national champion wrestler for AZ State. It was a typical biopic sports movie, reality was punched up a bit. J lo looked great..his real mom looks pretty good actually, good casting. I'm a former wrestler and a fan, so I enjoyed it, the wrestling scenes were done well. You can tell the kid who played McDonough was a high level wrestler. I know he worked really hard and it's inspirational, but he really did have a big advantage over other 125 pounders. He was built like a 157 pounder, so he completely manhandled everyone. He should've had to weigh in with a prosthetic, or add 20 lbs. I still think he would've been competitive.
