  1. In case anybody actually patronizes Steak 'n Shake, there's this:
  2. Vegas is in the other division. There’s no scenario where the Stars play Vegas before the conference finals in today’s format unless either team is a WC. Boston’s historic season was two seasons ago. They got a terrible first-round opponent in Florida, which went to the Finals that season and won it all last year.
  3. Chris Murphy with 11 posts about the tariffs.
  4. ‘The White Lotus’ Uncensored Oral History: Mike White and Cast Spill Season 3’s Secrets The creator and dozens of cast and crew reveal all the inside gossip, incestuous drama and behind-the-scenes mischief of TV’s most sensational hit. Pretty good read: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-features/white-lotus-finale-mike-white-interview-1236177751/
  5. Our friend at Gig ‘Em Gazette tries their hand at comedy. It’s about as “good” as you’d expect. https://gigemgazette.com/ncaa-officially-places-texas-a-m-recruiting-on-probation-by-docking-commits-one-star-ranking-each
  6. 100%. They could simply re-write the shit they don't like. They have the majority on SCOTUS. But, by the letter of the law (lol, I know) he cannot serve a third term as things stand today without some serious fucky fucky. (I expect fucky fucky.)
  7. My understanding is that there is also verbiage in the Constitution that says a candidate can't "run" for VP if they would not otherwise be eligible to be president. Trump would therefore not be eligible having already served two terms as POTUS.
  8. Yep. Beat them straight-up in the head-to-head and you're effectively tied. The Stars have more home games down the stretch compared to the Jets but I don't think that matters all that much this time of year. Jets have four road games remaining, the Stars have three. Again, it all hinges on the Dallas-Winnipeg meeting in Dallas. Win that and the Stars can do this. Lose and it's almost impossible barring a Jets' implosion.
  9. I think the first question/answer is basically verbatim from her testimony in front of Congress last week. The rest, I'm not sure.
  10. You know this guy?

  18. Booker? Or Dana Carvey? I haven't seen Booker sit yet.
  19. Would be nice if he could break shit-head Strom Thurmond's near 25-hour filibuster in protest of the Civil Rights Bill. Doesn't mean anything really but it's embarrassing that's the longest filibuster speech of all time.
