  1. I think that’s a total wine brand using Barton so call it a mixer.
  2. Killer story from back in the day, but this guy needs to be banned.
  3. Finally tried it a few weeks back and didn’t hate it. It’s not going to be found on my shelf but it’s not awful.
  4. This was the first real bbq I ever had after moving here, ‘06 or so when nobody GAF about rankings or south Austin in general. RIP.
  5. That Indiana trash? Damn near worthless. I’ll give you an OWA pick and a Copper Tongue. Can’t beat Tennessee and Kentucky when it comes to real bourbon.
  6. CT5 felt bigger to me, I sat in a regular one and liked it. My oldest are growing 13 and 15 year old boys and there’s honestly not much more legroom in the back of the CT4 than my Shelby.
  7. Sewell’s are all special order cars. Same group as Batchelor in SA and they’re all not actually available. They had one CT4 in that matte green and it was pretty sweet, but not for me.
  8. I’m working on entitlements for something like 5,000 lots in Georgetown right now, so RIP on traffic. It’s as good or better than most of the suburbs if you want to be north. I’d take it over Leander, Hutto, Cedar Park and Round Rock. You might rather be out in Liberty Hill but it’s pretty covered up in Aggies out there.
  9. I hate this new car market. Apparently I’d be looking at this time next year for a CT5 Blackwing. They tried to downsell me on a CT4 Blackwing which at least had a manual, but I’m not voluntarily passing on 200 hp and it was small, like tighter than my old SS or an M3.
  10. Picked up a Coy Hill, ‘21 Birthday and another CYPB today, didn’t even have to use my AK.
  11. That’s hot. I love big RWD coupes.
  12. Because I’m a long haired hipster I have a few pair of Red Wings including the ropers and some Iron Rangers. The ropers are 10 years old, have been to hell and back and are my favorite boots of all time. I can beat the piss out of them chopping wood or working on the lease and then hit them with saddle soap and bring them back to life. You won’t regret them for the price even though I think those traction tred soles are kinda ugly. If you really want to go big get some Viberg hikers.
  13. I’d like a Remus Repeal V.
  14. Went today and it was damn slow. Couple of small 8s and nothing exciting. Bring me winter.
  15. I had a ‘16 SS and loved that thing other than the fact that I settled for an auto instead of holding out for a manual. Not making that mistake again.
  16. Strong to very strong, nice work.
  17. I’m about 90% committed on the idea of unloading my GT350 for the CT5 V Blackwing. It’s probably going to be impossible to get a test drive, but I’ve driven enough GM product to know what I’m getting with this thing. Not sure what else could really scratch the manual itch like this monster while still being daily drivable. It will have the added benefit of being less of a pain in the ass to get kids in and out of.
  18. I do not get the hype for the young MGP like SWUU and Tumblin’ Dice 5-6 year picks. They just aren’t that great.
  19. I dove deep and almost got there with the cushion case version. But man, I looked at some actual wrist shots and holy balls it’s yuge. Also, the full polish bezel is a bit much. I’ve never had a black watch, but the Black Friday DLC one might actually be better. But when do you wear that? I’m glad you like yours and it’s making me think about one again
  20. Their wandering hour complication is amazing, but the styling is a little too Invicta for me.
  21. $300: Kentucky Owl Batch 10 $200: die in a fire $150: Doc Swinson’s 15 $90: Remus Repeal $50: 1792 Full Proof Pick $37.99: Dickel BiB $21.99 Weller Special Reserve If you called or asked around a bit the Rebecca Creek 12 year small batch or cask strength MGP is maybe doable. Same with Elijah Craig Barrel Proof
  22. What about Lancaster and Fontana, tho? Total armpits IMO. Great to have a coach back in place who knows how to properly rock a visor. That’s what’s really important.
  23. I guess it’s “put deposits in on ‘22 season tickets” official now.
  24. I like this a lot. USC has disappointed in so many coaching hires that I’m a bit traumatized. This could work.
  25. Pick, back on offense. Can’t wait to see more of this Lake Travis kid named…Lake.
