  1. That suit jacket looks like maybe it has a kevlar vest built into it - but why would he need a vest inside the White House? Looks like maybe Couchfucker has one, too.
  2. 11?
  3. Pritzker responding to Trump's talk about crime and the possible deployment of the Texas National Guard in Chicago a few minutes ago on CNN after the 'Weekend at Donny's' show. ETA:
  4. I mean, he said a lot. Basically calling Trump out on his bullshit in a detailed manner. Check out his comments. I'd never be able to do it justice trying to recount it here.
  5. JB saying what we're all thinking and what every Dem politician should be saying.
  6. OBTW fuuuuuuck Greg Abbott.
  7. No, not a human being, but Trump could, duh.
  8. The video of someone throwing shit out the WH window didn't really look AI-ish, but whatever.
  9. derp. wrong thread
  10. LOL and he looks like that with a makeup team and a top-notch medical team taking care of him 24/7.
  11. He def didn't live up to the moment, injured or not. I'm not trying to make excuses for him at all. He just definitely wasn't loose at all, and in the past I've always been struck bny how relaxed he always looked.
  12. LOL, so what's this about an ongoing 'turf war' between Colorado and Bama?
  13. This. I couldn't put my finger on it, but he just never looked 'right' to me. Maybe a nagging injury or some weird kink in his mechanics has popped up? Who knows. But he always looked relaxed and loose last year. He never looked that way last Saturday.
  14. Yep. I was telling my kid this the whole game. Get him out of the pocket, mobile. Get him into the flow, using his legs. That was when I wasn't saying they should have started him off early with easy pass plays to get him into a rhythm.
  15. Thanks. Seems better. I wonder how he completely forgot how to throw in the short game.
  16. Nope!
  17. Yeah it was crazy. His short passing game was just turrible. The weird thing is that I don't remember it being that way last year. Am I misremembering?
  18. Cosigned ... and after we get back to square 1, let's take a long, hard look at these sweeping, seemingly limitless EO & pardon powers.
  19. lmao.
  20. He's been great this year and so has the result. This is the quickest car he's had with Williams, but it hasn't been the easiest to drive, which is often the case. By 'rough', I was just referring to how smoothly the year seems to have gone for him so far, not his results so far. More about how hard he's had to fight to get them. 3 retirements in a row, etc. In the past it seemed like he had an easier time of getting the best he could get from worse cars.
  21. nm
  22. It's been a bit of a rough year for him, but Albon is fo real.
  23. Yeah Adell is right. That's bullshit. Fix that shit, Astros.
  24. Yeah I think they brought him in too soon, but who could have predicted that? Oh, wait. I and many others did. Re: taking out Charles, think about this: Antonelli got the same penalty for that that Sainz got for minor contact that was really just a racing incident. Which is insane. Penalize positions, please, or at least allow more variance in the time penalties - 5s, 10s, 15s, DQ, etc.
  25. That's awesome af. Karting is amazing for giving us opportunities for moments like that. Warning, /csb alert: I dunno if any of you ever got to drive at Driveway Austin before the Dollahites sold it, but man, I miss that place. It was the only place in Austin where you could show up and race against some pretty decent drivers, some serious karters, and all the way up to the occasional pro driver. Standing starts and actual racing, not time trialing. I used to race against Scott Dollahite fairly often. He's pretty damn talented like his old man Bill. Dude can do some mind-blowing shit on a shifter kart. I never beat him, but I could hang a little, despite Scott being so much smaller. Once, I was leading a race and this little Argentine guy got inside me on the second lap, rubbing me wide at that big, long, left-hand carousel turn and taking the lead. When you go off the racing line right there, you lose a ton of time. I lost 2 or 3 positions but hung in there, and 3 or 4 laps later I came back and pulled the exact same move on him & checked out for the win. After the race all the guys were buzzing about that guy being pissed off, complaining that his kart was too slow, etc, even though he finished P2. Turned out he raced professionally in Argentina & was butthurt about some 50 year old, 6" taller, 70 pound heavier, 'arrive & drive' nobody owning his shit. I just laughed and ignored him, enjoying the win. I didn't get the memo about deferring to the little guys with big egos lol. /csb Villeneuve. Glad someone is checking Karun & taking some talk time away from him. Re: the lack of tact, well, he's French (Canadian), so ....
