Logan was the first American FIA karting world champ since Lake Speed. He was very quick in F1 testing before he made it there. Podium in almost every F4 race he drove. Fourth in Formula Renault with three wins. Lost the F3 title to teammate Piastri in the last race after being tied with him heading into it. He was punted out of the race on the first lap iirc. Lost in F2 to his teammate Lawson by one point despite having two more DNFs. Herta did a test with Mclaren at Portimao 3 years ago, but we didn't hear much about it afterward and that was the end of it iirc. Pato has driven multiple times for Mclaren since then and will drive again for them again in FP1 in Mexico this year. Sure, Albon beat Logan badly in a bad car, but in a good car, Albon is also absolutely destroying Sainz. I'd take Pato or McLaughlin or esp Palou over Herta any day, but they aren't Murcan, so ...
I just don't get Caddy's fascination with Herta, other than he's American. He's just not that good. He's not even the quickest American. If they must have an American, even Sargeant is quicker than Colton, and I'm sure the damage done to his confidence at Williams could be repaired.

All the "sprinklers in the houses"? Holy shit. What color is the sky in his world? Hardly anyone has sprinklers in their houses. WTF? And of course he still doesn't understand how water systems work or where SoCal gets their water from. And of course he doesn't care.
Yep, the WH acknowledged it, and Trump still contradicted them later, claiming it was probably AI. Just like every good sociopath, lying when there's no need to lie, or even when there's no advantage gained by lying.
That suit jacket looks like maybe it has a kevlar vest built into it - but why would he need a vest inside the White House? Looks like maybe Couchfucker has one, too.

ETA:
I mean, he said a lot. Basically calling Trump out on his bullshit in a detailed manner. Check out his comments. I'd never be able to do it justice trying to recount it here.
