  1. Yes, exactly. These were from a Sam's Club in Austin. They don't sell them in Sam's Club Playa/Cozumel. Been trying to stick to mostly keto to drop weight before this EU trip in 3 weeks.
  2. Let us know how it goes. I was planning on diving with Aldora in June, but I may give them a shot if they can get steel 120s from AICO.
  3. I picked up a pack of these at Sam's Club 2 weeks ago and took them to Playa/Cozumel with me. Wherever we went, I just ordered the carne/queso and used these. They aren't bad. My girlfriend ran out of her cheap tortillas and has tried to finish them off; wish I had brought more.
  4. Ok man. I lived on Cozumel for 2.5 years. Rastas is not on the southern tip, it is miles NE of the tip, i.e, where Faro Celarain is on the map you posted. And that entire side of the island, from Faro Celarain to Faro Norte is called "The East Side".
  5. That's the east side; it's covered in sargassum. Rastas is on Playa Encantada.
  6. Yeah, Cozumel is fine, except for the east side, which takes the brunt of the sargassum. No problems on the good side of Cozumel so far. A nice sunset at Tikila Bar ruined daily by cruise shits.
  7. I just got back from Playa/Tulum/Mahahual. The sargassum is fucking horrendous and will be worse next month.
  8. Asshole remora was a fucking nuisance for 15 minutes
  9. Kusam brewery in Cozumel. Had the prune and habanero sour. It was, uh interesting.
  10. We're flying Aeromexico to London next month. I'm pretty sure you're allowed to set spare seats on fire to roast corn on AM.
  11. Nope, not fucked up, just a better film then some of the "essential Borman" that guy listed.
  12. The Emerald Forest is better than several of the "essential films" listed
  13. I can get it done in Mexico for cheap. I only came to Austin/Dr. Floyd for the no incision procedure. If they are gonna knock my ass out, I'll just do it closer to my house and save a lot of money.
  14. Well Fuck. Got the 15 minute spiel from Dr. Floyd, "any questions?" then he wanted to check my nuts. For WAY too long. "Well, bad news, you're not gonna want to hear this....." Oh fuck, I have cancer.... "One of your vas deferens is a bit high, it's hard to reach, so we can't do the quick procedure, we need to book the medical center, anesthesiologist, etc." Uh, that's gonna cost a lot more, right? "Probably, I don't know for sure, my nurse can check" Nurse calls later that day, doesn't know a ballpark price and doesn't seem interested in even checking for me. Fuck that.
  15. Last 2 episodes were pure garbage. Thanks for making the Ana de Armas episode un-rewatchable, you fucking tard writers.
  16. I have an 8 year old SwissGear backpack that has been all over Mexico, the US, Canada and EU....taking it on another 5 week EU/Mexico trip in May. Still in great shape.
  17. Sayulita is about as safe as it gets in that area. You are more likely to get hurt in a bar brawl with drunk Americans than anything else. Find a surf instructor that will take you away from Sayulita centro for lessons; the main beach is fucking crowded 24/7. We like El Pescador Poke Bar on the main square https://goo.gl/maps/jnhqNEuDnVezG7bS7 For chilling with drinks/food/beach, Club de Playa Camaron https://goo.gl/maps/U7wRsiaPkSk247PX8
  18. This place is next to Chankanaab and has good snorkeling, private cabanas. https://thecabanabeach.com/ I also like Buccanos, they have a great dinner restaurant also. https://www.buccanos.com/en/activities Our main hangout for drinks/chill is usually Hemingway https://hemingwayloungecozumel.negocio.site/#menu Cerveceria Punta Sur has great pizza and occasionally good beer. https://www.cerveceriapuntasur.com/ Pescaderia San Carlos for fish https://pescaderia.restaurantwebexperts.com/ Casa Mission is a little more touristy, but they have good food and traditional atmosphere. I used to live about 100 yards from them. https://www.casamissionrestaurant.com/ I'd recommend boat tours to Isla Pasion, Cielo and maybe a walk through of San Gervasio. My old roommate Lucy has lived in Cozumel for 5 years, speaks fluent English, is a certified INAH tour guide and can arrange anything you need, if you're interested.
  19. We are staying in Wengen in June. Tons of great hiking, but looking at a map is your best option to see what works for you. Trains and gondolas connect everything here. I prefer Wengen as it's a no car village, only accessible by train/gondola. Murren is the same setup, but much smaller.
  20. Hair dryer or heat gun to melt the adhesive, wipe it off with rag/alcohol
  21. No, I wouldn't normally take interior pics unless they offer to show off their rig. The owners were pretty high/sleeping on some hammocks, so we let them chill.
  22. I parked next to this guy in Mahahual this weekend. His rig was right around $300k. Pretty cool ride.
