Flowe gained a bit of notoriety when some chick he hooked up with went on tiktok and made a video about him being a total weirdo that's into Satanism and believes he is the son of the devil
There is a long list of QBs that came back for their senior year and exploded into top draft picks. I can name 2 recent LSU Heisman winners that statement applies to. Ward made a bunch of bonehead plays but also a lot of bigtime plays, dragging his shitty Miami team to national relevance
Ward has the leadership qualities you need in a QB. There are no other options the Titans have that they can sell to their roster and say "go play hard for this guy"
Are there better players in this draft than Ward? Sure. But the Titans have been a good roster, no qb team forever now. They need a QB and if he busts, roll the dice again in 2 years
I'll throw my curse on the A's now since they're playing the Rangers.
Called up Nick Kurtz to join their pretty nice looking young core. Making his debut tonight. I guess Rooker to left Andujar to 3rd. That's some below average defense but a pretty deep lineup
Night 1 was for the adult fans with the smark darling triple threat ME. Night 2 was for kids and casuals.
Kids care about Travis Scott, even if middle age white dudes don't. The kids will be talking about Travis Scott getting hit with a Crossroads and costing Cody the title. This is how WWE makes new wrestling fans.
The booking of Cena-Rhodes was just classic rasslin'. If you've watched as much wrestling as I and other autists, the tropes were super familiar (ref bump, exposed turnbuckle, celeb distraction) and we could see them coming from a mile away. But we weren't the main audience either.
My main gripe about the ME applies to pretty much the whole industry in that finisher spam bores me at this point
While we're bitching about overused silly draft tropes, I beg some people to consider retiring the phrase "will get a GM fired" when talking about a questionable draft pick.
Good and bad GMs make bad draft picks every single year. Those GMs will get fired for reasons unrelated to the outcome of a single draft pick message board posters don't like
