  1. People who start to actually tell you how it’s going when you say “how’s it going?” It’s more of a greeting than an actual question.
  2. Cheese and Hatch chili enchiladas
  3. How do you all interpret tailgating paragraph of the big list of safety measures? Are they really saying just one tent per tailgate allowed? And no way each group can be 40ft apart. And what is the current local policy...no groups bigger than 10? Tailgating All guests partaking in tailgating activities must adhere to local and state COVID-19 safety requirements in place at the time of the tailgate, including but not limited to face coverings, social distancing and number of attendees. Tents may not exceed 10’x10’ and must be a minimum of 40 feet from the next tailgate setup. No tents or tailgate set ups are allowed prior to 7 a.m. on gameday. No overnight tailgating or camping is permitted.
  4. The "pretty please, let us keep all or some of your ticket money" email went out last night.
  5. I'm guessing the survey is coming back closer to 25% in vs 50% in. So might as well look good by limiting to the size of expected crowd anyway.
  6. Taco with leftover chicken satay, onion, cilantro and a sweet Thai chili sauce.
  7. I have mlbtv plus yonder working with Roku.
  8. Hey, that hits close to home. Travis county for the win, though.
  9. My Roku is working but don't know if the Yonder DNS is doing its job yet. They have something about Roku forcing use of google DNS and my Google Fiber router might not let me change it. I have another router to try if not. Can probably test during Rangers game at 7pm. I won't fret too much tonight since it's on MLB network and I'll be several beers in by that point to play IT guy.
  10. I'm in. Anybody use mlb.tv with yonder tv to get around blackouts? That's what I signed up for yesterday.
  11. Season tickets are about 60K I thought. If half sit the year out there is plenty room for students. That's the reason for the survey...to get an idea of who will make up that 50%.
  12. This is strictly a survey, right? Our "official" choice will come later?
  13. Well, fuck. I assumed this but I found something explaining that "notwithstanding the foregoing" is often used to list exceptions.
  14. Guaranty agreement or co-sign for an apartment lease, ends with below. Does it mean I guarantee the rent even if 1 through 5 happens, or are 1 through 5 exceptions where I do not have to guarantee the rent. The Guarantor(s) acknowledges that it shall have liability under this Guaranty, notwithstanding any of the foregoing: (1) That the Landlord renews the Lease, grants Tenant extensions of time within which to pay amounts due or perform any of the Tenant’s obligations under the lease, or the fact that the Guarantor was not notified of any changes or amendment to the Lease; (2) the failure of the Landlord to seek recourse against or sue the Tenant for any amounts due under the Lease prior to requiring payment from the Guarantor; (3) any belief that any other person was also going to sign or be obligated under this Guaranty; (4) the inability of the Tenant or any other guarantor to be responsible under the Lease or this Guaranty by virtue of their legal incapacity disability or bankruptcy/ (5) the fact that the guarantor was not given proper notice of the default by Tenant under the Lease.
  15. Ha, I just finished calculating mine. I'm at 37% and will be at ~43% with planned concrete decking and pool coping (and 24 sq ft for equipment slab). My builder said one solution is to cut "lanes" into your driveway and fill with gravel. Wood decking also gets counted at 50%.
  16. Joining the club. Just accepted a bid today. I'll be soaking my nuts in the spa at least by Thanksgiving.
  17. Yeah, but now you know all these great travel destinations in Texas! <<< watches the wheel during dinner and always catch what comes on NBC at 7pm
  18. I mean...that's better than what I did today.
  19. Cross-post that in the Picture I took thread!
  20. Yeah, the special is the ad to get you to sign up and watch all of 30 rock and maybe some other shit too.
  21. Ray is so awesome. Crazy he's never had an ACL taping, and apparently was supposed to this year, but COVID is fuck you. Hope he finally gets the honor.
  22. Yeah I run just north of 275 and last time was more like 2-2-15min for St Louis. Salt, pepper, paprika with apple cider spritz and before the wrap.
