  1. Meh... aclu and hostile intelligence service... same thing! #teamtrump
  2. I’m glad we are on the same page that pressuring other countries to do things isn’t nefarious. Assange is indicted for conspiring with Manning to hack a government database. Read the unsealed indictment from March 2018. Sweden had issued an arrest warrant in 2010 for sexual assault and rape. He breached bail in 2012 and London police issued an arrest warrant. Wikileaks is named as Organization 1 in the Mueller hacking indictment. Wikileaks coordinated with guccifer 2.0 - gru - and released stolen emails in a way to “have a much higher impact.” Mueller disclosed in court filings in Feb that Stone and Wikileaks coordinated on the timing of release of stolen email. It isn’t a coincidence that Wikileaks (who had been coordinating with the gru and Stone) dumped emails days prior to the dnc convention and hours after the access Hollywood tape release. If you don’t believe me, take Pompeo’s word. He called Wikileaks a non-state hostile intelligence service abetted by state actors like Russia. He stated the gru used Wikileaks to release data. Pompeo is trump’s guy.
  3. All you have to do is accept that an empty vault is the same thing as the trump tower meeting to get dirt from Russia, sharing polling data with Russia, the secret trump Moscow project, firing fbi Director cause of Russia thing, and setting up backchannels with Russia. It makes perfect sense when you do that
  4. Free speech, freedom of the press doesn’t protect journalists from breaking the law. But that is what a trial is for - to figure that all out. My point, which I guess you agree, is that countries pressure other countries all the time and it isn’t something nefarious. We want our country to put pressure on other countries to bring criminals to justice, especially criminals acting at the behest of a hostile foreign country.
  5. I don’t recall. Did this come up in his recent confirmation hearing?
  6. If true, what is wrong with it? Countries pressure other counties all the time. Does this cross some moral boundary for you?
  7. Emoluments campaign finance conspiracy, individual 1 obstruction saying idiotic things being a dick But I’d rather he be on the GOPs 2020 ticket
  8. Bernie bro, Assange bro doesn’t like democrats. Color me shocked
  9. Voting third party in a two party system is counterproductive - unless you vote libertarian - those votes are woke af
  10. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/barrs-spy-talk-emboldens-trumps-allies-ahead-of-mueller-report-release/2019/04/13/33ef0c12-5d35-11e9-b8e3-b03311fbbbfe_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.79768738b633 Barr’s spy talk emboldens Trump’s allies ahead of Mueller report’s release
  11. Opposition research has always been done by campaigns. It is totally legal and appropriate. False equivalency. Collusion concerning stolen materials and campaign finance violations are not ok.
  12. Trump is an un-indicted co-conspirator related to campaign finance violations. Individual #1. POTUS is very likely a criminal. There is a lot of publicly known collusion between members of the trump campaign and Russia, even though the amount of evidence of a conspiracy does not reach the level of beyond a reasonable doubt. Its not ok for the trump campaign to meet with Russians to get dirt on Hillary. its not ok for the trump campaign to give polling data to Russia. its not ok for trump’s advisor to coordinate with a Russian cutout on release of stolen emails.
  13. Is a constitutional amendment going to prevent people from voting for a morally challenged corrupt liar? Is it the system or is it that one Party is currently susceptible to demagoguery?

  15. My money is it drops before 5pm cst
  16. I recommend folks take a look at this link as a good primer on what to expect and how to understand the Mueller report. “In many cases, reporters and publications trumpeted Barr’s top-line descriptions without giving adequate attention to both the more complicated facts of what Barr had actually described—the difference between no evidence of conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt and “no collusion,” for example—and the information that remained hidden from public view.” https://www.lawfareblog.com/memo-press-how-not-screw-mueller-report
  17. That’s the standard he used. Page 2, second paragraph, last sentence. Note footnote. “Conspired” (conspiracy) is criminal act. “Coordinated” was also used to define conspiracy.
  18. All of them. Comey was fired that spring and then the Mueller investigation started
  19. Lots of folks don’t understand or refuse to accept that the “beyond a reasonable doubt” evidentiary standard used in Barr’s letter allows for the existence of a lot of evidence of inappropriate collusion. Below is a quick list stuff I can think of off the top of my head. - Kushner’s efforts to make a backchannel at Russian govt buildings - Secret Trump tower deal in Moscow - GOP platform changes related to Ukraine - Firing fbi Director cause of russia thing - Campaign manager providing polling data to russia - Russian money in inauguration funds - Russian/suadi money in Trump, Kush, and Ivanka real estate projects - Flynn’s secret negotiations with Russian ambassador concerning sanctions - Stone coordination with Assange, Russian cutout.
  20. Appeal to extremes. Logical fallacies are a bad look. They are a sign of a weak position. Why does a Bernie bro feel the need to fallaciously defend Assange? It’s so weird
  21. Of course I wouldn’t act like a whiny pussy if I broke the law. Just like I wouldn’t use fallicious logic to defend a whiny pussy
  22. Jesus. Constant fallacious logic is embarrassing. “Either you turn yourself in for everything you have done or you are whiny pussy!” You don’t always have to bend backwards to defend Assange and Bernie. It looks bad.
  23. Or just own your shit. Don’t break the law if you are scared to do the time. Don’t act as a cutout to hostile foreign meddling in democracy and then cry when your card gets punched. Why so much victimhood these day? Presidential Harassment! Bernie was treated so unfairly! White men are the real victims! Actions have consequences. Being a pussy should have consequences also
  24. Assange is whiny pussy. Hiding in an embassy. Scared to face the music. Acting like a child as police haul him out. We are going to see more whiny pussyness from Assange as he tries to sway UK public opinion that extradition to the US would be mean
