  1. Beat me to it, Homefield is awesome, I'm sure I'll be getting a few shirts
  2. Quite iconic indeed, Hayes!
  3. Maybe, but literally everyone following this expected it. I'd rather he be the "unexpected" Aggy 5* bag drop than someone like Leal/Demas we were more invested in.
  4. It's gotten pushed back a year every year basically, the year with the most "hype" so far had been 22 but that obviously didn't happen. Here's an article from last year from CBS which mentions that it could be part of the CBA negotiations. I know I've heard it discussed on podcasts from people I'd trust, frankly there's nothing concrete out there though. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/nba-wont-eliminate-one-and-done-rule-any-time-soon-with-discussions-stalled-over-one-key-issue-per-report/
  5. Believe 24 or then 25 draft is the new timeline on getting rid of one and dones to match up with the expiration of the CBA.
  6. https://247sports.com/college/florida-state/board/36/Contents/qb-nicco-marchiol-no-longer-considered-a-commitment-to-florida-state-165055937/ There goes that rumor
  7. We've already been through the Connor Wood experience and it didn't work out, pass
  8. https://umassathletics.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/tre-mitchell/12056 Hoping we can beat out Bryant
  9. Getting the Prolific Prep pipeline started
  10. He thinks he's going to be a top 10 pick next year and that he gets to be coached by his dad. Ya I think he's dumb for not going somewhere that can actually boost his stock but he doesn't give a fuck about the school, his dads going to get canned as soon as he declares, all he cares about is the league. Also, the last time Georgetown had a draft pick was 2013 so it's not like they have any kind of recent history either of getting guys there.
  11. Between Floyd and Rising we haven't had much luck with Marmonte League players at Texas, need someone to break that curse
  12. Ya sorry but this is an awful take, Sims is already going to be 23 when the NBA season starts, he's given us 4 years and has improved drastically to become a 2 way contract at worst, and if he chooses overseas can get a good contract in Europe. He's never going to be a 1st rounder next year unless he magically becomes an above average 3 pt shooter. The difference in being for example the 48th pick versus 37th pick next year assuming he improves (which isn't guaranteed) is literally nothing. So why is he staying? The possibility of a deep run? Pride? Let the man get paid, he's more than earned it.
  13. Speaking of Bama
  14. https://247sports.com/Player/Devin-Richardson-46042086/high-school-194212/ Apparently was a Freshman All-American Was at NMSU
  15. Can't believe this wasn't caught yesterday, Adonis Arms
  16. https://old.reddit.com/r/MtvChallenge/comments/mouesu/official_cast_list_for_szn_37_sequester_final_cast/ Just going to rip the bandaid off for some of you for the next season, no spoilers in the link, I'll just put this in spoilers in case people want to be surprised by the cast but
  17. Turns out winning a national title with transfers helps you get good transfers Similar deal to McClung
  18. Meant Bishop. His dad has said he's not playing the 5, Disu explicitly was played as a forward this season.
  19. I think one of them will be coming off the bench, I'd guess Bishop and that our center is still TBD
  20. Greg Brown isn't coming back to compete with Allen, Disu, Mitchell for minutes at the 4, and he's definitely not coming back to play an undersized 5 when he projects as a 4 with potential to swing down if he develops at the NBA level. You have to read the writing on the wall with some of the guys coming in.
  21. Also, most importantly, he had 2 ACL tears in his 1st contract that destroyed his athleticism and his career. Parker is an absolutely awful example for this.
  22. Yep, my bad. GB3 should explore the draft process, see if he can get a promise in the 1st round, and if not, it's almost definitely in his best interest to come back. I won't be surprised if he goes regardless to start his career and basically betting on himself to his 1st free agency. He'll be a decent pick (top 45) basically no matter what based off his pedigree, athleticism, and upside.
