aggy claims to have invented the phrase "12th Man". Just because you claim it, doesn't mean it's true.
Or that it's not some dumb gomer cult shit...

They'll offer seven figures. And we'll make our pitch. It will be an interesting litmus test of where things are at this moment

Likely so. But at least they'll have to go to more effort.
Depends on how close that person is.

I agree with you 100% but I think the “we didn’t want him anyways” comments after a kid doesn’t choose your school is just childish. Texas wanted him, probably not as much as they used to but he was still being recruited by us as of 4 days ago.

Insinuating that Texas stopped recruiting or no longer wanted Owens is a Looch level spin. You can say that the staff started recruiting others but Texas would 100% have loved to have his commitment. Sark has invested a lot in that recruitment.
I've suspected that if the family drama stuff is legit, that it's possible that even Georgia and A&M have cooled off a bit on Owens. I truly do believe that Texas is higher on Baxter, but not sure how much of that is actual athletic preference, and Owens drama situation. It does seem that Louisville is ready to play serious ball via NIL, but the whole Louisville thing happened really quickly. I think some of the bigger schools have indeed laid off a bit.

Canales Cafe across the street is very good but I haven't been in years
Went there for their steak night about a year back. Wasn't the greatest, but I could see how the locals might be down with it.

I got there at 5am because I'm a hate line type of person. There was one dude in front of us in a lawn chair. It happens. A car of all-nighters showed up behind us, they had beer. It was nice.
5AM? How long ago was this? I'd much rather 5AM, but was under the impression it might take a little more than that.

If you were in the line all night and then all of a sudden a bunch of your buddies showed up at 7:55 and got in the line with you, you might hear from the folks behind you
Yah, I'd never pull that crap. I just know my wife likes to try different bbq etc..., so it could be something we could do, but she's not outdoorsy at all. The car is almost too much to ask tbh lol. Snow's is the only place I'll do it for. Want to try those pork steaks, and say I had some of Tootsie's food.

That's from when he played Hercule Poirot on SCTV. One of his funniest.
I need to check those out.

Ha, it really is Mecca for BBQ lovers. I even put that on my social media post with the pic of Tootsie, my son and I. Said I was BBQ Mecca with my adopted grandmother!
Question regarding Snow's line etiquette. Say I get there at 1AM, sleep in my lawnchair type thing in line. Is it okay for my wife to sleep in the car, then come and get in line with me later? I've never waited in lines like this for anything and have never planned on it, but Snow's is the only place I'd consider this for...

Can I ask a dumb question? What does the “sssshh” finger to the lips mean in this context? I get it when a player scores a TD in an opposing stadium to quiet the fans, but why do players do it in recruiting pictures like this?
It makes sense with visit pictures etc..., because you could be saying you're keeping your intentions a secret, and you're teasing. Why it'd be there for the commitment picture? Eh, doesn't make a lot of sense, but it might be as simple as it being the best picture he took in fOSU gear.

In a business that thrives on ones credibility— especially in a market with many options, strike three here could be a death blow.
Thing is, the other options in the market aren't getting everything right, either, especially no where near to the amount it'd take to register as significantly more credible. Also, the credibility helps, but once you have the subscribers, the majority of them will continue to buy on hope.

John Candy always ordered the big pork chop, and you are no John Candy, sir.
Uncle Buck would make you a giant breakfast, and Chet tackled the Ole 96'er, which was definitely a cut of bone-in beef. Not sure which of his characters always ordered the big pork chop, though.

Tried a new CFS yesterday at a place called 35 & Main in Tivoli, and it was a pretty good one. No pictures because I actually didn't get the CFS. Wife and daughter shared an order, son got a half order, so I figured I could try theirs while also seeing what the burgers were like at this place. Would go for the CFS again without a doubt. Their toast is actually really good also. No fried okra, though.

Sounds tasty, basically a Mexican version of chicken parm. Would eat.
For me that'd be some version of Milanesa de Pollo, covered in ranchero sauce and Monterrey jack cheese. Have had it at a few places. Some serve it on a plate, some bring it out on the sizzling skillet with the onions and peppers. Either way is chef's kiss.

No to brown gravy; that’s “country” fried steak or for smothered steak.
Had this Mexican joint in Port Lavaca that would do brown gravy on their CFS and I'm here to tell you it was legit. A completely different vibe from your normal CFS, but it worked. Along with their hand-cut fries, of course.
More people went in there for the CFS and fried chicken than their Mexican stuff.

I like cream and brown gravy so I get CFS half covered with cream gravy and the other half covered with brown gravy. I also give each bite a light dip in ketchup. The acidity brings everything together.
I don't know about mixing gravies, but I'll join you on the ketchup thing. It's not supposed to make sense, but it just fucking does.

Yup. And that kid who Bielema booted from his Arkansas OV. And that DL Strong sent home from his OV after he and his uncle ditched to go to the strip club.
Well, you know, I don't think there's nothing wrong with going to the scrip club
