I really like the jalapeno cheddar sausage he has. I agree about the fall off the bone with the ribs but my wife hates ribs and she likes theirs.

Not big on cheese in my sausage, but the reg jalapeno was awesome.

Also forgot to mention the jalapeno cheese rice. It was really good.

Need to try the boudin and turkey next time.

Never tried Pinkerton's in Houston, but was able to try the new SA location a couple of months back.

Brisket was legit. Sausage was legit. Ribs had a good flavor but were a bit too "fally" off the bone for us. That smoked duck or whatever jambalaya was really good, and a different twist. Beans and potato salad were good. Slaw good. Mac n cheese had some ginger shit going on with it and we just couldn't do it.

Really nice place, both inside with a nice bar, and outside with the large green space.

You guys that are waiting for BoB to fall on his face in Tuscaloosa and be TexansBoB 2.0 are going to be waiting a very long time and are underestimating exactly what a machine Saban has installed there. You are also DRASTICALLY understating how terrible the situation at Penn State was when BoB took over. It was a fucking miracle to go 15-9 in that scenario. Under Saban, BoB is going to look a lot more like the miracle worker at Penn State than the moron running the Texans into the ground.

You need to calm the hell down, clapper. I'm not underestimating the guy, just chiming in on a conversation where I stated I can't call the guy a solid cfb HC off based of of two years of whatever it was in Penn State.

    In incredibly difficult circumstances

Basically left the program the same way he found it. Didn't let the ship completely sink. I don't believe those two years are enough to where we can really call him a solid cfb HC, or a meh one. He also led a couple of below average offenses as a college OC. Not sure if those short stints as OC at Duke or Ga Tech are enough, either.

There's an awful lot going on in that boat - will you even be able to separate the flavors?  & How long until the hot Cheetos turn to a sogged out mess?

You'd be surprised how well hot cheetos can hold up in these types of concoctions, and how many things hot cheetos can improve.

10/10 would tear that fucking bowl up. But I'm a fatass. I gotta stop. Fuck you, Grant!

For someone with no background in barbecue (save a six-month stint working at Cooper's Barbecue when he was younger),
