Bee Caves, Lakeway, Hudson Bend Eats
Looking forward to trying North End As for North: I’ve always liked it. It was a small=ish chain based out of Arizona. They sold a few months ago to the company that owns Cheesecake Factory (ugh!) so we’ll see how it holds up...

Wasn’t suggesting it wasn’t good, just looks a bit runny- Texas BBQ
Yeah - I was thinking the same thing. They smoked it to the point where the cheese melted out. Brisket looks good, though- Bee Caves, Lakeway, Hudson Bend Eats
Yes, it really is a pizza and Italian food wasteland out this way, and has been for several years. Tony C’s in Bee Cave is OK, but not top level Cedro in the H-E-B Lakeline center is not bad- Lady reclines seat on plane, guy behind her goes apeshit
Of course Spirit has done away with it. I understand they will soon be charging extra for oxygen.- Wine
Something lighter tonight- Lady reclines seat on plane, guy behind her goes apeshit
Same here. As for people reclining in front of me — I wish they wouldn’t, but not much I can do about it. Now the guys that try to push up the aisle to get ahead when you get to the gate.....- Wine

I’m veering a bit off topic, but I’ve seen this from people over the years as well (I.e. closet fans because they didn’t attend). I think it’s OK to be a fan of UT (or wherever) even if you didn’t go there, or even go to college. I’e met lots of UT fans who did not attend UT.- All Things Brisket
This — I’ve had much better result since I switched to butcher paper- Wine

I think they have a qualifier that says up to 48 hours, but it should be instant based on my experience- Massive brisket cook
What is this, Kansas City?- Massive brisket cook
MIssed that, but it's still dealing with about 3 persons per minute- Massive brisket cook
What I’m having trouble getting my head around is serving 550 people in 45 minutes max. Say 4 lines, so 135 (rounded down to make the math easier) per line, that’s getting a person through the line in 20 seconds to fit in 135 per line a 45 minute window.- Wine
Damn. Getting the Spring release allocations Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in- Wine

La Fonda on Main is still amazing- Casting - Hits and Misses
It would have been even better had he not shown up grossly overweight, requiring them to use a mumu for clothing and film him in shadows.- Juwan Mitchell is in the portal
Sure he does- The Outsider HBO
I took it more like he’d been fired or quit. I assume we’ll learn the backstory at some point - Texas BBQ
