  1. Technically the appendix is in the bucket, then over to pathology for review, then final stop: BillyBobs Bait&Tackle . Possibly in a bass’ belly. I would say sweep the appendiceal stump or at least the ascending colon.
  2. Snowtards/ Slowflafes I guess they ran out of clouds to yell at.
  3. Are you sure he has CP? Maybe he likes e.e.cumings.
  4. Did he just buy a Good Times van? I see a lot of Uncle RICO potential here..
  5. Sounds eerily similar to a quote from a jizzjar school we used to thrash regularly and will again soon.....they better just unbutton the back hatch of their overall jorts and get ready...
  6. I guess its a slow day for this be a thing
  7. She's holding a small moon that got trapped in her gravitational field.
  8. Using a turkey baster...
  9. Yes, the worst thing we could is go in there and start flat, expecting to cruise. I hope that Sark has some Saban magic tools for maintaining focus and intensity throughout both game and season. I know this is the Mr Rogers generation, that needs self esteem strokes all the time to function, but pray we have a hungry appetite for getting better, playing hard, and winning. Recent records don't mean shit. Anyone can pop an upset. That said, I like our chances better now than a year ago.
  10. If,by wealth, you mean extracorporeal semen stored in glass receptacles, then yes. Have not checked BitJizz futures today...
  11. Tillman is ok until he speaks, Brando is obtuse. Herpstrasse nauseates the shit out of me, he is such an insincere slurp monster. Would rather have Lowell Galindo/Mowins tag team than any of those above, but only if the sound was off.
  12. Oh oh, the circle game: ....."you look over there and see the other team playing their circle game and it just scares you to death". Guess what, we have circled ALL our games!.... With RED SHARPIES! Some even have trapezoids AND parallelograms around them!!! Sark's got this shit figured out....he is waaaaay ahead of you.
  13. Although I don’t think it will happen to the level I would hope, would love to hear players compare training ,game prep, and coaching in general under Sark’ crew vs. Herman’s.
  14. For the next couple games, start making a lot of spastic movements with your arms and legs, and apologize to those around you for your “ medical condition”. Then get the largest, sweetest, stickiest beverage they sell at DKR an spill it on her during one of your “spasms”. Maybe a couple times in one game, if she still doesn’t move, repeat next game .
  15. How refreshing to see a sincere, knowledgeable, and humble guy as our coach.
  16. The most difficult thing about this game was trying to decide who to hate more: Tillman or Brando? Retard vs alcoholic dementia?
  17. Her pregnancies last years apparently
  18. I thought the Mowins pity tour was over, yes sorry about her illness but how is she good at this job?
  19. Glandular disorder......
  20. Don’t forget about fan favorite Lowell Galindo.
  21. For the record I am boarded in IM and Palliative Medicine. We use off label meds in Palliative and Hospice all the time. And yes for intractable nausea and vomiting, when standard anti-emetics fail, we will use other meds. In particular, in chemotherapy associated nausea and vomiting we will try benzos, ask an oncologist and you will understand. In other refractory nausea and vomiting that is not a mechanical issue, we will use antipsychotics like haldol and olanzepine. As for your comment about referral to a GI, good luck, almost all of them would have their Np see it since they couldn’t be bothered as they are too busy scoping. That’s the reality. But like you said, it’s not your area so I wouldn’t expect a psychiatrist to know this. But UpToDate is not the ultimate arbiter in anything, even though it’s a great starting point. As for prescribing benzos this isn't the 1980s: all controlled substances have to be logged into Texas PDMP , as you should be aware, and since your are required by the Texas Medical Board to check PDMP when prescribing these meds, doctor shopping or multi source rx is not as likely. If you are stupid enough not to check or are unscrupulous, it’s easy to get busted. But you already knew that, right? You can even check and see the patient’s controlled substance activity in other states , you knew that, right? User name checks out.
  22. As long as it's not 2 yards under the ground, I will allow it..
  23. Agree to disagree. For very short term use in the right situation ,benzos they are helpful to combat symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, and even intractable vomiting. The utility is beyond just DT prophylaxis, DT treatment, or detox. As a seasoned physician, you never throw them out of the playbook. There are very true absolutes in medicine. Yes, there are far superior long term treatments for severe anxiety, such as CBT, biofeedback, SSRIs, counseling, etc, but for severe acute anxiety issues, benzos work very well and are safe when used correctly. It's all about correctly prescribing for the right situation and patient.
  24. Reminds me I need to reinstall the screen protector on to the TV so that high density household items don't accidentally fly into it during the game.
  25. PTSD yes, nightmare no. Now that we have a coach that secretes testosterone rather than mainly estrogen, we would be fine.
