  1. Lincoln Riley swears Marlon Brando used margarine instead of butter in “ Last Tango in Paris”.
  2. Jlincoln Riley jerks off using 60 grit sandpaper ( to get rid of the warts).
  3. Lincoln Riley routinely has 21 items in his basket for the “ 20 item or less” grocery store express checkout lane.
  4. Lincoln Riley gets out of the shower to piss AND shit.
  5. Who just isn’t uncomfortably numb after 11 years of millionaire loser HCs? These space occupying lesions, either too lazy, too stupid , or too arrogant, with the common feature of giving all the stiff middle finger cuz they got big paychecks guaranteed no matter how they deeply pathetic they suck. What a fucked up system of D1 major sports.
  6. I guess Tech and TCU were trap games, as the team was obviously focused on having a great Sunday workout.
  7. Exactly: would rather the players: catch the forward pass, tackle instead of bounce off, open up holes for the RBs, defend against the forward pass, play with energy for four quarters.
  8. “A four year tour, a four year tour. “
  9. Won’t work, Tom can’t execute. His second will have to disembowel then behead him.
  10. “ Yes Tom, I’m in your ass ....again”
  11. Not only has the “blueblood” completely left the “brand” but it’s been replaced by a sign that says: “ Kick me”
  12. The Dabo talk baffles me, not because he wouldn’t work out theoretically but that he wouldn’t leave a great gig and system he has worked for years to install, just to be able to come into this toxic tornado and less success. Doesn’t make sense even to mention him .
  13. No, just the Chinese knock off bagman...Saban Wind
  14. CDC is politically more savvy than Patterson, and makes better fashion choices, but is merely a talking head apparently and only engages in little skirmishes while avoiding big issues because he likes a nice paycheck and nothing that would threaten it. Bellmont gonna Bellmont.
  15. While this year’OL is finally givingSam some pass protection, it’s not like they are busting holes to let our RBs get major yards consistently, and looking at the Tech game what they were doing with a three man rush toward game’s end was also embarrassing. We seem to always have OL issues since 2005.
  16. Whether or not you like Urban isn’t the issue. He has won big in three different conferences, and did it relatively quickly. He knows how to hire coordinators and recruit. Maybe he wants to coach ,maybe not. These guys all have egos, and he could make his history winning a NC at three different stops in three different conferences. To some, that would put him on the same plane as Saban. The money for removing the old regime and installing a new one is always the obstacle, it’s going to cost a lot now matter who we hire however. We are already evolving into Cal Berkeley in many ways, perhaps that’s what UT Administration wants for our sports programs too. Sure seems like it. With each passing year we are more and more of a joke that seems not to be able to get their shit together ( or simply doesn’t really want to) ....in order to be a serious contender in the major sports. It’s PATHETIC when you see the resources , advantages, and potential.
  17. One final point about “ tainted “ winning coaches we cannot somehow lower ourselves to hire : the purpose of the hire is to elevate the team , not by cheating, but playing sound fundamental football, getting your team ready for big games, creating a mind set of aggressive play expectations for execution and accountability, minimizing “upsets” ( I use that term hesitantly since it doesn’t seem to apply to us of late), and exploiting your natural advantages of your location and history etc. Yes, these guys also have big egos and that comes with the territory. Very successful coaches have these attributes. That elite group does not include the Jimbo Fisher types that have a nice run due to an exceptional player. Meyer for all his known flaws is in that elite group.

Exactly, both games looked like last year while the first game looked wide open, varied, unpredictable, and much higher energy....the kind of energy TCU brought. It’s as if the pre-game day meal was cold runny eggs, and the play caller was Beck. Now we know what really happened last season as well. It’s the mensanator at work using proxy OCs to take the heat.
  19. Conversely why pretend to be a football blueblood if you aren’t willing to do what it takes within the current environment to win. Passing over successful coaches because of their dark side is disingenuous: all programs “stretch” the rules, o/w we wouldn’t be talking openly about paying players in the future. We wouldn’t be signing tv contracts worth hundreds of millions or expanding stadiums etc. coaching is part of that equation. It is highly improbable that any successful D1 coach isn’t somehow tainted, it’s only the stink hasn’t been aired or on display or exposed.yes some may be worse than others but this is a high stakes business on several levels. It’s has little, if anything to do with that actual mandate of a public university. So my long winded point is: either do what you need to do to win, or stop pretending you want to win and move down to DIII or just intramural sports.
  20. One of many, including those gifted by the “ neutral B12 “ zebras.
  21. And despite that he got some minimal NFL time, which is why those that say Sam will not are a bit under informed, as Sam has way more skills than McGee.
  22. We used have an acronym in old school medicine: "TNTC" "Too numerous to count" It referred to numbers of bacteria in infected piss. I think that works right now as it applies to our team's collective woes. Especially the infected piss part.
  23. Didn't fumble, drop a wide open pass, or turn the ball over somehow. That's also in his column.
  24. He has his portion of accountability however, he did not drop passes or incur penalties, some bogus , some not. There were a lot of points, yards, and time left on the field that he would have produced had it not been for the failings of others.
  25. How painful this has been...for decades. Why can we not have a coach that exploits our advantages? It's pathetic, but I guess the UT administration IS the common denominator.
