The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
This analytics guy, Kelley Ford is showing us at 100% if we beat ISU and are still in decent shape with a loss. He said that he integrated the tiebreakers into the model, but as we have seen, they are confusing as shit. So, take it for what it's worth.

Can you ref conspiracy guys go jerk off in your other thread? You’re gumming up every other thread on this board.

The Amazing Race 35
How do you know she knew they were last? Was it the 150 times she mentioned it in 15 minutes of screen time? Slovenia looks awesome. That plane ride was real cool. They made them really work for that Express Pass. It was a great challenge because multiple teams tried to catch the red team but had to give up.

Mesmerizing gif. What a beautiful woman.

The movie you just watched
I have no interest in MMA and in fact find it quite stupid. That said, if you put Warrior in front of me, I'm locked in until the end. Happened again last night. Unbelievable movie. Super emotional father/son/brother storyline with interesting reveals throughout. Edgerton, Hardy and Nolte (especially Nolte) are all really good. It's 2hrs 20min, but moves the whole time. Love it.

Covers Good and Bad
Lissie is terrific. Her voice is something you just want to live in. So comforting. Check out Catching a Tiger. It’s her first full length. She also does a ton of covers. Not Cat Power levels but a lot.

Official Coach Sark Thread of Dominance—haters back off
You would have died about 15 times already this year. Short yardage has been a total mess all year and most of that has been running.

The movie you just watched
There are very few scenes anywhere that can match the basement bar scene. Masterful.

Michigan -4.5 @ Penn State FOX Big Noon
Fuck UM. You know these coaches have screamed about accountability and owning up to your actions. Then, when it comes for them, they’ll play the victim and whine. Coward shit.

Jonathon Brooks is a Bad Mother Fucker
Watching last week, I was again marveling at his ability to stay patient and burst through the hole as soon as it develops. I was thinking that he would have been a monster on one of those late 90's Broncos teams. Perfect fit for that system.

Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton, and Other Good Stuff
Are we in the trust tree, in the nest? I much prefer Isbell's harmonizing with Sadler than with Amanda.

The Amazing Race 35
I was happy to see the Texas dad finally got tired of his daughter’s shit and told her to shut up. Dude is probably in his 60’s and she’s been on his ass the entire race.

Jim Harbaugh NO LONGER coaches at Michigan
It’s probably just the same person. We have approximately 5,000 lawyers here, so I’m sure UM has some on their boards.

Albums that you've rediscovered recently
"Push It" by Salt n Papa came up on MTV Classic last week and I was reminded of what a jam "Push It" by Garbage is. So, I took a dive back into mid-90's rock and listened to some Garbage for a few days. Those first two albums are great and Version 2.0 (I Think I'm Paranoid, When I Grow Up, Special, Push It), in particular, fucking cooks. For some reason Shirley Manson has always felt other-worldly to me. Enjoyed my Garbage revisit process thoroughly.

THE College Football Playoff Rankings Thread [MICH,WASH,TEX,ALA]
Good poll for us. Other than KU/KSU, the other Big XII teams have easy schedules. They should move up the next few weeks, making our wins look better, our loss look better and our potential CCG win (OSU will scratching the Top 10) look better.

Marvel Cinematic Universe the Endless Phase: Tripping Balls (Spoilers)
I finished the new MCU book the other day and enjoyed it. It's not high art, but as some great stories and it's fun revisit the movies through those stories. It's a fun read. I especially enjoyed the creation of the company and the WILD deals they made before they knew what they had. Also, Ike Perlmutter seems like a huge pain in the ass.

NFL Week 9
That ref chiming there is an idiot. I’m no Collinsworth guy but he is 100% right. A remedial understanding of football leads you to believe that he cut the route and it was just a miscommunication.

The Home Stretch - Big 12 Championship Scenarios
If UT and OSU don’t win out, the tie breaker scenarios are going to be nuts.

Texas vs k-state - 11am on Fox
These kind of games happen all over the country and the good teams find a way. We were not winning these games for YEARS, so while I did not enjoy it, I am happy with the win. These are the games that take you from 7 Win Steve to 10 wins.

Sark’s 4th down choices truly baffle me. Good kick though.

Kicking the FG Instead of Going For it on 4th
I would have been fine with going for it on one of the 4th downs. Either get up three scores first so you can fuck around on the second or fail on the first and then kick the FG on the second to secure the win. Going for it both times seems pretty dumb.
