  10. There are companies that refinish porcelain tubs on site, I would Google that. It looks like a bolt up from the pictures (as opposed to a drop down) so def a pita to replace and match but a good plumber should be able to handle efficiently. I would crawl up in there and look for make/model number sticker to replace just one.

  15. No. A tax credit is a direct reduction in tax LIABILITY. A deduction (HSA) is a direct reduction in taxable income.

  18. Spur08 you probably are in a high deductible health plan, so you could still make deductible HSA contributions (before 4/15) to help soften the blow. Then you can just pay for your hsa eligible expenses outta the tax deducted money all year.
