  1. He had TJ surgery. It’s not all mental. He’s not back to where he was prior to the injury.
  2. I really hope he wins it all this year.
  3. There are some diverse recommendations here:
  4. Welp, another year, same issues with starting pitching.
  5. I don’t think Pierce should be fired after this season, even if Texas misses the tournament. Just throwing out a realistic name. Although, Saarloos would be a better hire than Pierce was (in terms of résumé) at the time of his hiring.
  6. I don’t know who he should bring in (or even who’s realistic), but I bet Kirk Saarloos would be near the top of his list.
  7. Given where Ace is from, and OP's username, I think you can narrow it down.
  8. There’s a new #1, at least in this poll: https://www.usasoftball.com/college-corner/usa-softball-collegiate-top-25/?consent_mode=ccpa
  9. Here's to Witt's coming back party: https://x.com/TexasBaseball/status/1765029752836911213?s=20https://x.com/TexasBaseball/status/1765029752836

The Longhorns lead the all-time series with the Aggies, 245-130-5 dating back to 1903. Texas snapped a four-game losing streak to the Aggies with a win last season in College Station. This marks the final non-conference meeting for the in-state rivals, with Texas moving to the SEC starting next season. A LOOK AT THE LONGHORNS—Texas looks to bounce back after a tough weekend at the Astros Foundation College Classic in Houston. The Longhorns had a strong offensive weekend, averaging eight runs per game and launching nine total home runs. The pitching staff had a tough weekend, posting a 9.69 ERA in the three games and allowing eight homers. The Longhorns have gotten great production from the top of the lineup through the first 11 games, with Jared Thomas batting .476 with six doubles, one homer and 16 runs scored. Peyton Powell is batting .435 with five doubles, a triple, four homers and 18 RBI. Jalin Flores has also had a nice start, with five doubles, five homers and 15 RBI.
  11. Fucking absolute collapse. This team is so soft.
  12. How the fuck is that good officiating when you just said it’s only because it’s Brock Cunningham? Fran is an absolute regard.
  13. They won’t actually know without an MRI
  14. Yep, Disu is done for the year and Texas is going to blow this. Everything turned fast.
