  1. Texas isn’t currently first in RPI
  2. Serious question. Did you not watch the first half of the game?
  3. Max can’t come back soon enough.
  4. Describing it doesn’t do it justice. Took a hilariously bad route with a semi circle correction to a pop fly right near the third baseline in shallow/mid left field and just dropped it.
  5. Exactly. This is not ideal.
  6. Guess we’re playing nine tonight. Fucking Winfield.
  7. Yeah. He did. They just didn’t change the score bug before the commercial.
  8. Good to see Bing is fine enough to start this week. I hadn't heard any update on him after his early exit last week due to materially decreased velocity.
  9. On3’s current Regional projections. I added the projected Super matchups, as well as some other in-state schools. https://www.on3.com/news/field-of-64-projections-new-no-1-seed-two-hosts-change-ncaa-tournament-college-baseball/
  10. The following is from ESPN’s WCBB current transfer rankings. Get Kneepkens, and this team could really win the whole thing. Her shooting and scoring ability in all three phases sorely needed by Texas. SCar is going to be really, really good too.
  11. I agree with everything you wrote. I just don’t see Vic taking Fulwiley and starting her over both Rori and Preston when Rori decided to come back.
  12. Yeah. We went 3-2 and our loses were 2-1 and 4-3. Pitching, while thin, wasn’t the issue that trip.
  13. That’s true, but Texas ultimately lost because we couldn’t hit/stop striking out against Will Bednar and Landon Sims in either of our loses to MSU. Game one where we lost 2-1 and struck out 21 times still haunts me. We get past MSU and I think we would have beaten Vanderbilt for the title.
  14. Nah. His stats aren’t any better than Bert’s.
  15. Yeah, to be clear, I'm certainly not worried at all That's the spirit!
  16. Looking forward to the star-fucker response and fallout from some of those current recruit ratings.
  17. A loss doesn’t really hurt Texas as long as we keep winning series in the SEC. However, a win really helps UTRGV.
  18. Texas is going to have three players 6'4 or taller next season that will actually see the floor. That'll be a nice change.
  19. Damn. Texas going to have three capable players 6'4 or taller next season. That's going to be nice.
  20. Yeah, but not only because they're jacked up to play Texas. They're a legitimately good team trying to improve their RPI and this is their final game against a Q1 opponent. That's more why I believe they'll pull out all the stops.
  21. This'll be a really interesting game. I can only assume UTRGV will pull out all the stops to try to win this game. RPI currently at 35, SOS at 94, and only 1-3 vs. Q1. Texas needs to be ready to play ball.
  22. That could be top overall seed territory. Regardless of how it looked, they took two of three from Arkansas, and head-to-head results matter. In the grand scheme of things, these rankings don't mean anything though. Postseason seeding will take care of it and the collective résumés will matter more.
