  1. You mean other than getting burned on an 8-yard slant turned 60-yard TD?
  2. https://www.tigernet.com/clemson-football/story/clemson-early-enrollees-getting-great-experience-by-participating-in-bowl-prep-20976 EEs can now travel with the team and participate in bowl activities. "The players can now do everything the elligible players can do except play in the game."
  3. Here's what ChatGPT has to say on the matter. I love the bits about NIL at the end haha
  4. I'm not sure that it will. Many RBs will be (materially) plug-and-play in favorable schemes or when accompanying elite OLs, but an elite RB at the college level can completely change the trajectory of an already good team. In the NFL, they're worried about durability over multiple contracts, and thus don't want to commit big money long term. With a finite number of years in college, especially with it only being one (maybe two) year assuming we are discussing a RB transfer, I just don't see the market variables playing out in the same fashion as the NFL.
  5. Good thing Texas is back to being great at football, is located in a desirable city, has a great culture, and, most importantly, has Thanks - I appreciate the response. Good news, even if we don't know all the variables.
  6. That might be the case, but credits still have to transfer into eligible courses to be counted as completed towards a relevant degree. I.e., all of Moore's credit may transfer, but many of them might be fit into elective credits and not what he actually needs to graduate. Based on everything I've seen on the matter, that may be the true issue. Can you expound on this? Interest from transfers because of perceived NIL riches at Texas; interest due to Texas' performance this season and Sark's three-year progress; a commitment for this transfer cycle from donors; a combination of these variables?
  7. That was a guy who ended up going to OklaState. He did something really stupid on his OV. Louis Brown, right?
  8. Yeah, because Brock Purdy is running QB power & counter 15 times/game. Let’s compare the most versatile offense in the NFL to a 7-5 college team who’s hemorrhaging players. Keep up those expectations, aggy. I’m sure they won’t let you down or madden you to make rash and perplexing decisions. Oh, wait…
  9. This is a bad data point, but that's all it is at this point. This team is still without its (arguably) best player. However, the rebounding and offensive concerns are real. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Also, Abmas needs to be way more aggressive to the basket and less reliant on long threes.
  10. CDC basically had no choice from an optics standpoint. If Terry grossly underachieves this year and next, I doubt he gets three years. It'll be a different story then.
  11. All the money they've committed to bags and coaches the past six seasons... Holy shit. This is exploding into an entirely different stratosphere of worst ROIs in the history of college sports.
  12. South Carolina WR who will be highly sought after in the portal. Played with DMT at JMU before transferring to SCar
  13. It's superior irony for them to talk about t-shirt fans while simultaneously flaunting the "vaunted aggy ring and network." I know double digit "aggies" who graduated from Texas A&M (insert campus other than College Station here) who show off their "aggy ring" and slyly state they went to a&m. That's the definition of a t-shirt fan base.
  14. Another thing to consider for the secondary: Derek Williams will miss the first half of the Sugar Bowl since his targeting ejection was on the opening kickoff of the second half.
  15. Exactly. This isn’t hard to understand. It’s not all about W/L. That’s why there are multiple criteria that factor into the decision.
  16. An injury to their best player that painstakingly devalues their ability to compete for a championship should be taken into consideration when the goal of the committee is to select the current four best teams.
  17. I was raging about the same thing. Cut it up the damn field.
