Right, same as it always has been. If you use illegal drugs, you are obligated to report it on a federal form. No different for someone buying under Rec. But then again, just because someone makes a purchase at a dispensary, medical or rec, also doesn’t mean they purchased cannabis. Many dispensaries also carry other related products like terpene enhanced products, cbd/n/g, etc. And even in places with rec, many people still get cards for the lower taxes, and even prices in some places. But yes, again, technically that is the issue. However it isn’t as cut and dry to prove it these days as it used to be even 10 years ago. And lets be honest here, the feds don’t care about weed any longer. If they did, they would have put the brakes on it when it started. They didn’t, and the cat’s out of the bag now and they know it. On the TSA website it expressly states, in one of their faq’s about legal states, that they aren’t looking for cannabis. They don’t care. That’s not the ATF, but it shows how little the government cares about it. Sure, if you’re doing a bunch of other shady shit and the feds need a reason to get you held in the system long enough to finish building their case for whatever else, then they might try it. For the average person that has their nose clean? While possible, I wouldn’t say probable. If it’s really a concern, don’t fill out the form and buy private and problem solved. But at least if someone here, who had a card, wanted to take that risk, it would not show up in a background check. So they’ll clear that, provided everything else checks out.

    Right there with ya. From:
  8. Is this a major need? A crisis? If so, guess I could ask the wife, provided you don’t care if things end up laying on top of the dresser for a week before maybe finding the closet.
  9. Off topic, but since you mentioned the northern part and aerospace, figured I’d ask. Does I-65 still have that gigantic fireworks store in the median at the state line? Damn those were good 4ths. Me and the old man would come back with a refrigerator box full of the good shit.

I'm not sure what your problem is today, but really, tap out man. This just isn't your day. I'm saying that out of respect to you personally, as you normally seem like a decent person. What in the world does some fucking "AG" in Texas have to do with me, or where I live? The answer is he doesn't. Why you've taken this conversation into whatever weird territory this is perplexes me. He has absolutely nothing to do with another state's medical program. The courts here certainly would tell him to fuck right off for not having grounds, let alone jurisdiction. This isn't a state to state issue, and has not a single thing to do with anything I've posted. People from other states are not flocking to our state to get a medical card, buy products from the dispensaries here, and take it back home to Texas. Shit doesn't work like that. Of course they could easily purchase on the recreational side, but that's not illegal. Anyone 21+ can walk into a dispensary here and purchase cannabis in various forms. And yes, this state will absolutely tell another AG to fuck off. They have. They did it with concealed carry permits, which have similar disclosure protections. There is not one valid reason for anyone outside this state to need information as to whether or not someone has a state issued medical card. If they take it out of state back to where they live, and it's illegal there, guess what? It's illegal there. Has absolutely zero bearing and provides zero ground for anyone to try and get a list of everyone with a medical card in this state. None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Again, you do not live here. OTOH, I do. I am also very connected into regulations of not only our medical program, but recreational as well. So please, maybe that's how it is where you are, but it does not work like that around here. Maybe that's hard for you to believe or accept, but it is absolutely how it works here. And what suing someone has to do with whether or not your card shows up on a background search (what started this discussion) has nothing to do with that line of discussion. For me, in my state, it absolutely will not show up on a background check, for the reasons I've mentioned previously. While I will agree that there are some issues with what we have, patient privacy is absolutely not one of them.

There are problems with how that relates to the discussion. First, I'm not in Texas. Second, where is there an issue with state to state? I've simply said that information as to who has a medial card in my state, is not information made available outside of that system. It cannot be let out of that system, according to the state constitution. It will not show up when you get pulled over, it will not show up. Background check from your employer? Won't show up. Federal background check? Nope, won't show up. Which is all I've said. Where suing to get that information came from, or has to do with the price of condoms in China, you got me. Who would sue for it? Why would they? There's nothing to gain there. There are no grounds. There is no grand conspiracy. There is no smoking gun or "wink wink." Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

  14. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/42995983/miami-ad-advocates-review-cfp-rankings-release-schedule Miami AD advocates to review CFP rankings release schedule ORLANDO, Fla. -- Miami athletics director Dan Radakovich said Sunday the College Football Playoff selection committee might need to revisit whether it releases a ranking the week of conference championship games. Speaking to ESPN at a Pop-Tarts Bowl media event ahead of the Hurricanes' matchup against Iowa State, Radakovich noted how difficult it was for his players in the days after the Dec. 3 rankings, which had Miami (10-2) behind Alabama (9-3) at No. 12 and on the outside looking in. The situation was compounded when committee chair Warde Manuel said teams that were not playing in conference title games were "locked in" and would not be reevaluated.

Then I could sue you for your private medical information, right? Sorry, not happening. You don’t live in my state, so let’s default to those that do, shall we? So whom exactly has their head up their ass? The person, on the ground, whom has direct knowledge, or the outsider that has no understanding of the constitution for a state in which they do not live?

Question it all you want, but I guarantee you it is not federally available information, or available outside the program whatsoever.
  17. Where area of CO? Been considering the Co Springs area, but I think it’s probably more “idea” than action. Significantly less humidity is quite intriguing, but super super cold on the reg isn’t. 😂
  18. That’s a good question, I wonder if it’s the same plan as when he runs one in?
