  1. Needs a 5th year? Maybe he should have done better to be ready for the draft.
  2. Why would we? People extend job offers to coaches all the time. He think aggy has a special “don’t hire our coaches” agreement with the NCAA?
  3. We sure know flipper ain’t.
  4. Thankfully the ignore list does too.
  5. I’m doing similar to mine this fall. Taking the tub away completely, replacing with big walk-in shower. Old shower is getting removed, and turned into a closet. Looks to be about 20k-25k all in, depending on finishings and whatnot. Flooring will probably be LVP. No idea on paint color, but that includes ceiling work and paint, and all that.
  6. Agreed. Any course, unless it’s an asshole course, isn’t keeping the best in the world from averaging 3-4 under rounds over a 4-day tournament. Obviously they can grow the rough and punish you, or put the pins in difficult places, but in general. So far, for a pga, I’m okay with this course.
  7. Depends at what time you’re talking. Stuff lime that wasn’t really talked about or main stream like today. Once aids became main stream, and it killed Freddie Mercury, the knowledge became a lot more common for him, Elton, etc.
  8. lap belts only 8-tracks cassette decks floor-located hi/low beam control
  9. some y’all got memories shorter than jersey man’s pecker.
  10. sell them privately and transfer is about your only option. while I appreciate the effort to stop resale, it would be better served if they just capped it at what was paid for the ticket and the best you get is your money back. No resale mostly fucks the brokers, but it also fucks the honest people that end up not being able to attend and just want their money back.
  11. Irresponsible? It was funny as fuck. It’s still funny as fuck, over a decade later.
  12. Quail eating a lot of lunches this week. Quite a number of big names that didn't even sniff the cut.
  13. And cold, and soggy, after sitting in a bag for 30 minutes waiting on some dumbfuck to finally show up for it.
  14. Neither one of those, guaranteed. That would be awesome on a video billboard over the summer. They were, and left the message board they frequented quite often when they were initially doxxed over it. If they want to bring it up again, I'll let them do so. I don't want to out them as they may not comfortable with the attention again. Oh yes, yes we can. And it. was. glorious.
  15. Well, yeah. But what show wouldn’t, asode from that 600lb sister show that gets advertised?
  16. Oh, I bet he really does.
  17. The past 18 months I’ve been doing a ton of research on various things and ideas for when I build. Radiant floors was one of those, and how I came across warmboard. Kinda neat. They make subfloors with the pipe grooves laid out for your floorplan. You can retrofit or new construction. Seems to have some advantages I would like versus the ones in a concrete foundation. Easier to fix an issue being one, another being better temperature response, as well as it running at a lower temperature. I also like not running a furnace and not having hvac ducting (mini-splits for A/C.) You can have zones, smart thermostats, and those common things. Plus radiant heat just feels better. When it comes to flooring, most flooring is compatible, but not all. You have to look at the product and see. It also is not all products from a company. A company’s entry level may not be, but a level or two higher may be fine. I had thought about tile, but that makes repairs a little harder over LVP. Plus if it gets wet it wont soak up water like hardwood, it won’t turn to mush like some laminate, and it won’t soak up water and create potential mold issues like carpet. There is electric in-floor as well, but seems to me that it’s better suited for a single room, used occasionally. Plus electric isn’t getting cheaper. I’m remodeling my bathroom this fall, and putting in electric in-floor. Better option than the space heater she just has to have now.
  18. The walls were only caving when he tried to climb out by the exposed roots. The REAL problem was H2S.
