  1. Aaaand here come Elon and the culture warriors to try to kick up a distraction for their boy ...
  2. Was just about to comment on Jebediah there. If he wants to be the Amish version of the "Blacks for Trump" guy that was going to all of the Trump rallies back in 2020, he better get his shit straight and keep the technology off-camera from here on out ... and maybe bring a butter churn to the next rally.
  3. It's going to blow their fucking minds when she's the first person of Jamaican heritage elected as president, the first person of Indian-American heritage elected as president, and the first woman elected as president, ALL AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME! What kind of god would allow that!1!!
  4. Mark Robinson is absolutely a piece of shit and deserves all the vitriol he may receive. That said, I hate when people recycle shit from several years ago without context to stir the pot. In that regard, I think that the posted clip was from back in 2021.
  5. Ab-so-fucking-lutely. I think Pete said it best:
  6. Reminds me of Ms. Eriksen's 7-layer salad (the one with 16 cups of mayo) from How I Met Your Mother ...
  7. We could always invite Trump's faith advisor back in - I'm sure she's still got his back ... Nod to Buck for beating me to the punch - still prefer it with the metal accompaniment.
  8. Ladybug, stop trying to make Dotard into a hero for surviving a nick to his ear ...
  9. "Caused real pain"? "Innately unchristian"? Bitch, that's EXACTLY who they are.
  10. Those big ass hoop earrings ain't fooling anybody ...
  11. Cut it off just a bit too short - missing my favorite line: "Tryna strike a chord and it's prolly A minoooor..."
  12. Good luck with that. We can't even reprogram these idiots to believe facts, not sure how you expect to re-shape ideology that has been drilled into them for the last 40+ years, especially with the way our educational system has shifted in the last 10 years..
  13. Someone should string together a video of Biden "making the case" and make him sit and watch it a few times. I don't think he understands how bad he sounds a good 25% of the time.
  14. Yeah, this is going to be like the West Wing, with Obama trying to play Bartlet trying to get the candidates to be adults with a nomination up for grabs. Good luck, but maybe he'll be able to convince them that once mud starts getting slung, the nomination will be meaningless.
  15. And this is undoubtedly the majority's intent - i.e., making it impossible to get a resolution before the election. Fucking shameless hacks.
  16. We get it. We're talking about voters that remain swing voters after all we've seen of Trump. You know - the fucking idiots. They're going to decide the fate of the U.S., so unfortunately we have to take into account what the fucking idiots think.
  17. I mean, if Joe's going to crumble, let's just get it over with and move on, hopefully with some Democratic unity. The ongoing debate will kill any shot at pulling out a miracle, so hopefully he's either 2020 Joe for the next few weeks or shows definitively that there's no shot he can serve - i.e., hopefully no middle ground.
  18. From that same censure: In light of everything else in this thread, all I can say is the 7th Circuit can get fucked. I understand that judges should do their best to preserve public confidence in the judiciary, but guess what? There ain't much to preserve at this point, and calling out the Roberts Court as the group most responsible for that should be fair game.
  19. As shitty as Alito and Thomas are, I'm coming to hate Roberts more than any of them. He operates under the guise of a traditional SC Justice, but he's obviously been playing the long game to ensure that the U.S. is ultimately an oligarchy where the ultra-rich continue to be able to fuck the rest of us without any recourse. Between the VRA cases, Citizens United, Loper Bright, etc., it's pretty clear that he exists only to do the Kochs' bidding. There was a pretty good piece in the Harvard Law Journal about this, but it predated all the most recent shenanigans: The Roberts Court's Assault on Democracy (HLJ) It should be clear by now that, even if we manage to keep Trump out of office, we have to fix the USSC one way or another.
