  1. Radio for sound, kind of expected that for the midweek game.
  2. That would be an understatement, and Winfield drove in two runs with a double against MSU. Then Farmer makes the great catch.
  3. He was starting at the beginning of the season. Till his hitting or lack of it took him out of the lineup.
  4. East Tennessee State leads #1 Tennessee 4-3 in the top of the 7th. ETSU is a pretty good team.
  5. Wayne Graham wasn't available. Rice Baseball will always start and end with him. He and Coach Gus are two pretty good disciples of Bibb Falk.
  6. Keep telling yourself that and maybe you will be ok. But I doubt your ptsd about Pierce getting fired will allow it.
  7. See how confusing this is, this was about Texas State or was supposed to be. It's what I posted about.
  8. The money eases the pain and strain. What are they going to do fire him?
  9. Lots of conference games left is referring to Texas State. I think because these posts are confusing.
  10. Yep, lot of chances to lose more. I don't think it's Aggy anymore. Five losses in a row, two by run rule, the one mentioned by App State and the mighty Campbell Camels, who are also 8-11.
  11. These last few posts are very confusing to say the least. I do know that the combined records of the two teams in question are 12-27.
  12. Oh, you're talking about the 4-16 Rice team. How long is the Earth going to be around?
  13. You mean the team that is 8-11 overall and 0-3 in conference. That just got swept by App State, which included a run rule game.
  14. So, the tearful reunion on ironically April Fools' Day against Texas State is off?
  15. Then stay out of it if you don't like it.
  16. Earley has "Aggy PTSD. This is common in their ranks and should really be a tradition.
  17. I could care less about John Wayne's demise in movies or Molly Miller's hair, and I googled that about Katie Elder, you can deal with them. You think I just made it up. I care about Rodney Terry's continued tenure as a basketball coach. I didn't start any of this. This all started because of a post by others about a mediocre tv show from the 1970's called Kung Fu with a side of John Wayne thrown in. So, you can back off now, Mr. DeMille.
  18. This coming after he played football at the University of Southern California incognito as Marion Morrison on scholarship, where he had some injuries, but never died. Wayne is like Elvis, his presumed death could be premature, he's 117 years old and living large.
  19. John Wayne’s Filmography: The Complete List of Films Where He Died THE SONS OF KATIE ELDER (1965) – John Wayne’s character, John Elder, valiantly faces his death in a dramatic and memorable confrontation, symbolizing the end of an era and leaving a lasting impact on the storyline
  20. You sips still don't get it This from texags. MagnumLoad 8:01p Seriously folks, if this doesn't tear this team apart, nobody wants to play us in May or June. I hate tu. It's in my blood.
  21. Molly Miller the new queen of Surly. I wonder if she knows. Don't tell Nicole.
  22. Was that list good enough to snatch the pebble from your hand, Master Po? I know "The Sands of Iwa Jima isn't a western, but he died in it. I also know there is a couple of more he died in.
  23. Off the top of my head his last movie, "The Shootist," "The Sands of Iwa Jima," "The Alamo," "The Searchers," "Stagecoach, "The Cowboys," and "The Sons of Katie Elder." That's all I can think of.
  24. He didn't win the title though and then dropped them like a hot rock. All part of his and CDC's evil scheme.
