  1. It's not like they weren't getting big names before this season...and they did just play in the National Championship game. Whereas Ole Miss and ATM landing big names in spite of not doing anything to write home about is extremely fishy.
  2. Not sure why they all get their panties in a bunch when someone says Green may be a guard. That's not necessarily a bad thing. There are plenty of guys who are good tackles and great guards. Zack Martin is the best example of that. Probably could be a serviceable NFL caliber starting RT, but is an all pro RG.
  3. Their reactions will be great when we go 8-4 this year and they go 4-8, with wins over NW State, Louisiana-Monroe, Kentucky, and UAB.
  4. I thought he was waiting until January to announce? If they somehow get Wright tonight, it would be hilarious if Cain committed to us right after that.
  5. I mean...The Nutty Professor himself, showed up to their carport BBQ. Maybe they think we're upset that celebrities don't come our recruiting events?
  6. I remember someone posted a video of Chayse Todd at a camp awhile back and he looked good.
  7. I am honestly terrified that those people are allowed to procreate...
  8. Why can't it be Shepherd, Cain, Owens and Wright tonight (yes, I realize it won't happen)? Would be funny though to make TexAgs implode tonight, after their Klump family reunion in lit station this weekend...
  9. If it ends up being Shepherd, who are the interior OL possibilities in the class? Seems like all the in-state guys (EJNO, Brown, Mettauer) are already tied up.
  10. My brain tells me it's probably Owens, but I'm hoping for Shepherd. What would Cain's top 5 look like anyways? UT, LSU, and who else? Georgia? Florida? Bama?
  11. Nope. Wrong interpretation of the name. It's PNW Horns fan...I'm a horns fan that lives in the state of Washington...in the Pacific Northwest aka PNW.
  12. The funny thing is that in adding those 4 to complete their "dream class" it puts them at 285.67. With our "down year class" and finishing with a very solid but not spectacular close of Glass, Wright, Ellis, Broussard, Shepherd, T. Carter, Cooper, Gbenda, Davis, Owens, Catalon, it puts us not too far behind at 281.59. Adding that to last year's haul and the potential of a monster class next year should give Aggie cause for concern, not celebration. If there was somehow a way to get Wilson and Higgins into this class, then they should be shitting bricks.
  13. Doesn't he say that about anyone when they're about to commit?
  14. What does the offer to Owens mean? Lewis Cine related, maybe? Or is he a guy that they're recruiting as a future LB?
  15. What's the deal with Enoch Jackson? given the dearth of DT options in the class, why doesn't he have an offer?
  16. So what's the finish to their class?: Stripling, Ugwoegbu, Wright, Sorrells, Harris?
  17. I wonder if we'll see Gbenda commit soon too.
  18. Haha if true, there's no way Carter ever commits to ATM, right? Who wants to play for a school whose fans slashed your tires?
  19. Does this mean Davis and Tongue are Dawgs?
  20. I thought Hollins was in one of the notes recently about someone in contact with the staff? I was thinking in terms of a late miss on Sanders/Cain to where the other guys have moved on. I guess Glass is probably a more realistic pick than Hollins. All I care about is getting Evans next year. Evans and Demas would put the program back in national title contention. I'm no daddy98 when it comes to reviewing film but from my amateur viewpoint, the only guy that has wowed me as much as Evans in watching highlights was Ezekiel Elliottt.
  21. It's amazing how my playing around with the class calculator and putting Mike Hollins in as the RB take from this class spiraled into that entire conversations about RB's, Drayton, etc. That's just who I threw in there as the potential RB take if Sanders and Cain are misses. I think there's no reason Drayton shouldn't land Evans next year, so I wouldn't complain if Hollins was the RB in this class. He actually might be a guy who is underrated.
  22. Jaquaze Sorrells...did anyone even consider him a potential aggy commit before Karen just mentioned him?
  23. Had some fun with the class calculator, with a class size of 26. Added Cine, Davis, Wright, Johnson, Washington, Catalon, Henry, Tongue, Shepherd, Cooper, Gbenda, Carter, and Hollins to the current commits for a score of 291.73. I still think that this year will be the down year compared to last year and next year, but that would be an awesome finish...even if it is low on interior OL and DT's.
  24. I plugged in a "realistic" best case scenario for them finishing with Carter, Harris, Stripling, Wydermyer, Ugwoegbu, and Doerue to be at 28 commits and the calculator puts them at 286.71. For the record, Bama with 21 commits is already at 286.11. Jimbo "killing it" on the recruiting trail with his recruiting rainmakers will probably only finish with the 3rd or 4th best class in the conference as their peak before the wheels come off in subsequent years.
