  1. so if Tech kicks FG they are up by 14 thanks to Georgia going for 2.
  2. If Quinn came back as the starter next year then Arch is gone. That is the difference between next year and this year. That ain’t happening. We aren’t going to miss out on Arch for a couple years so Quinn can try and improve his draft status.
  3. Any team on the bubble didn't do what they had to do to get in the playoff. That includes those that will get in and who won't. We have insured that anybody that might have gotten screwed in a 4 team playoff aren't getting screwed. That is all I care about. The bar is so low right now to get in, just play well over the whole season and have 1 or 2 screw ups. I wouldn't mind the last couple spots come down to pulling names out of a hat.
  4. I think you made his point. It was clear he should not have been in the game.
  5. Tennessee can definitely lose to Vandy. Georgia can lose to Georgia Tech. Imagine Georgia lost that one and lost to Texas in the SEC champ game. They are out. You would have Bama 3 losses. Tennessee 3 losses. Ole Miss 3 losses. South Carolina 3 losses if they beat Clemson. Georgia 4 losses. I would put in South Carolina over any of those other teams with Texas. Who else would get in from the SEC?
  6. they just have to be one of top 5 conference champs right?
  7. I am fully expecting Tennessee to lose to Vandy next week.
  8. what do you think you are telling Arch when you won't go to him in this situation? this is fuckin ridiculous.
  9. whatever happens, you have to coach running backs to never ever reach out the ball at goal line on a first or 2nd down. way too much risk when you have more plays.
  10. sometimes teams slow it down and it screws the flow of their offense. you can't run 6 minutes off the clock unless you actually get the first downs.
  11. I used to buy tickets all the time on stubhub. Only a few times in the last few years. I would always make sure they were Instant Download, which meant they were all ready to go. Not sure if it the same these days.
  12. so you mean we set up the run with the pass?
  13. A road trip with Brisketexan less than a month before the election. Please shoot me.
  14. have the chest hairs been plucked out of the inside of the shirt?
  15. I do feel bad. I ate too much cheese.
  16. IMO Dziuks is too cheesy.
  17. I think I had Kris on my list every year until this year. I decided to go only with celebrities who shared names with other celebrities so I could get two for 1. Hasn't worked.
  18. Before you mentioned them, I was going to say they have better Parisa than Dzuiks, and they are in San Antonio. I would put Tri-County, then Country Mart in D'Hanis, then Alvarez, then Dzuiks. Silver Creek in Hondo has some but can't remember if I've had theirs. I do like that place though.
  19. When you sign a contract with these cupcakes for early season games, you write this in the contract... "For your $1.5 million, you have to be ok with us running our normal offense late in the game when we are up by 50 points as a tune-up for our real opponents."
  20. I like that Sark has discarded his love for the deep ball with Ewers. We don’t need it. He tried one after we were in control this game and I don’t remember one last week. Keep using Ewers strengths.
  21. just plugged this request into Bing AI Chat and this is what it gave me. You Sent by you: can you write a letter written by a Texas A&M football fan pretending to be written by a Notre Dame fan who went to the game saturday in College Station saying how great aggie fans are and what a great time they had. Sent by Copilot: Sure, here’s a letter from a “Notre Dame fan” who attended the game at College Station: Dear Aggie Fans, I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience I had at the game this past Saturday in College Station. As a Notre Dame fan, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality and warmth of the Aggie community. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms. The tailgating scene was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced – the food, the camaraderie, and the spirit of the fans were truly something special. It was clear that Aggie fans are not just passionate about their team, but also about making visitors feel at home. During the game, the energy in Kyle Field was electric. The Aggie fans’ enthusiasm and support for their team were contagious, and I found myself cheering along with them. The traditions, the yells, and the unity of the 12th Man were awe-inspiring. It was a privilege to witness such a display of school spirit and dedication. Even after the game, the kindness of the Aggie fans continued. Whether it was a friendly conversation or a simple gesture of goodwill, every interaction left a positive impression. It’s not often that you leave an opposing team’s stadium feeling like you’ve made new friends, but that’s exactly how I felt. Thank you, Aggie fans, for showing me what true sportsmanship and hospitality look like. You have set a high standard for what it means to be a fan, and I will always remember my time in College Station with fondness. I look forward to the next time our paths cross, and I hope to return the favor when you visit us in South Bend. Gig 'em and Go Irish! Sincerely, [Your Name] Notre Dame Fan I hope this captures the spirit you were looking for! If you need any adjustments, feel free to let me know.
  22. You have my fuckin bra.
  23. Rode in a car from Vegas to the USC Rose Bowl with Loopy driving. He was the most careful driver ever. Figured it had to do with keeping his record clean for his job.
  24. that letting them score so we get the ball back doesn't work when there are 8 seconds left.
  25. That run on 1st was genius. I don't know what that run on 2nd was.
