  1. Cap tip to Sthele for giving us a chance in this one
  2. Shocked Sthele is still out there, fastball down to 91 from 95-96
  3. That at bat by Dylan may have been what keeps him from finishing this game
  4. I would be shocked if they pulled him at any point
  5. Pitch count is irrelevant at this point, he will have 7 days off or an offseason off. Regardless he isn’t pitching tomorrow anyway
  6. I’m more so disappointed in the righties tonight. Lefties have battled there asses off with several hard hit balls
  7. I’d almost give GG these last two innings off defensively. He looks so off
  8. Travis pitches so timid for someone with a 95-96 mph fastball
  9. I’ll say this, everything is coming off the same plane. Like you said he tunnels his pitches really well. My problem is he has to be under 45% fastballs thrown tonight and most haven’t even been competitive to make you respect it and yet most everyone in our lineup has gone up to the plate looking for a fastball
  10. Not going to lie, I’d rather see Duplantier out there
  11. Bullpen going to have to step up and keep it to 3 until we can get to their pen.
  12. Hard to be hard on him because he has been so good but not a good start out of LBJ, needed way more tonight.
  13. It’s impressive how little swing and miss this Malcom Moore kid has with that stance.
  14. Approach by us is kinda baffling right now
  15. Probably need to have Sthele soft tossing in the pen just in case. Good play by Daly
  16. Approach to righties is pretty consistent. Likes to use the fastball in, changeup away, slider to the back foot
  17. Righties are going to need to step up tonight. Based on the first two innings against Matthews, take the slider, sit on the changeup, fastball command is a little shaky right now.
  18. He has our whole lineup on their front foot with the off speed
  19. Eddie Park for Stanford must have the softest voice in baseball
