I know he was thrown into a game he wasn’t expecting to be in but has Shane gotten worse over his career? He used to have decent touch and an ok deep ball, today he had one good throw that I can remember (TD to CJ). Even his screen throws were behind the receiver and he overthrew duvernay by 5 feet on a 10 yard throw. He just isn’t good at a single facet imo. Doesn’t read coverage well, won’t or can’t throw over the middle, self sacks, seems to be a poor leader. I can’t really fathom why people ever really preferred him over Sam at any point. Just my two cebts
  2. I’d say they are fairly standard width, though they did take a bit of breaking in. If you have particularly wife feet you might go towards a brand with wider options.
  3. I have a pair of meermin oxfords, and they are beautifully made shoes. For the quality they are a good deal, likely in the same quality range as AE but cost a good bit less
  4. I would suggest something a bit more neutral than the ones you posted. I think those are a bit too overstated. I recommend anything from meermin, and derbies (bluchers) are good as nice but not as formal as oxfords https://meermin.com/in_en/shop/men/classic-collection/bluchers.html These chukka boots are something I’ve wanted for a long time, and I think they walk the line of nice but casual due to the pebbles grain of the leather https://www.herringshoes.co.uk/herring/gosforth-ii-rubber_rubber-soled-chukka-boots/tan-grain

Is it your opinion he hasn't gotten any better in this winning stretch? I agree its dumb to say he's all better, but it seems obstinate to say he hasn't shown improvement.
  6. I noticed these as well, and it further led me to believe Beck isn't calling plays any more.
  7. Growing up 90s/00s in Austin, it was definitely known as N knocking and that fight chant was used as well. I think kids are going to parrot things they hear older kids say, and that as they get older and gain more perspective, they stop saying those things most of the time. I do believe it is relatively innocuous up until a certain age, when you learn the history of the word and the damage it can cause. Of course, if my parents ever heard me or any of my friends call it N knocking, I would've got reamed.
  8. We've been doing it all wrong! Instead of more money, less wins, why haven't we been doing less money, more wins?!
  9. Yeah, most of these accounts are offered from my company. We market to small banks and credit unions. The APY is usually around 2-3% up to 10-15k, then like .25% from there. Usually you have to just have 12 POS transactions and login to your account online to qualify, so pretty easy.
  10. One piece of advise I will offer is, as much as you can, keep moving. Do not stay bed ridden. Get it up to walk around, even if just for a few steps, every 30-60 minutes. It will make a difference if you keep at it.
  11. well, had one guy out for an estimate, they quoted me 42k for a 210 sq ft room! 200 a sq foot for a porch...
  12. I can attest to this. I used to work in an office building in the Domain until recently, and we shared our garage with the main garage for Rock Rose. Definitely a lot more blacks and hispanics than this flyer wants to admit.
  13. Understood. We'd probably go somewhere middle of the road material wise, flat roof, matching the existing structure, no fireplace. Would attach to where the current back door is and be tied in.
  14. The wife and I are looking to add about a 250 sq ft screened in porch in the backyard of our house. Thinking we'd have electrical to have some ceiling fans and likely keep it pretty simple on build out. Anybody done something like this in the Austin area? Any recs on contractors? Ballpark on price for this type of addition? We're new homeowners so new to the world of home renovations.

  16. Thanks for the replies guys. I hear you about it depends on where you are. My company had some PM roles come open but when talking to anybody doing that currently they haven’t exactly sold it based on their experience... Most likely I won’t pull the trigger to do that work at my current employer. They’ve been all over the place with headcount too. They’ll hire more BAs on one team, than a few months later fire the longer tenured BAs...it seems like everything is just seat of the pants from quarter to quarter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Unless he is absolutely juiced to the gills he isn’t adding 35 lbs of muscle in 3 months. In fact, even on roids you aren’t adding that much muscle. You can add 35 lbs but at least half will be fat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I have been in Software for the last 5 years, doing various roles, currently a Technical Support Engineer. I have been looking to which direction I want to take my career and have several colleagues who have moved over to the PS side of the house. I have considered moving into the PM/Consulting roles, the only problem is all the folks I know who are a PM or BA in both of the software companies I've worked for is generally pretty miserable. Constantly having to be pulled in a million directions, working way too much, dealing with ridiculous demands from management and clients. Is anyone currently in that type of role here and actually enjoying it? Or is it a quick ticket to burn out?
  19. I can’t recommend enough getting on to Flonase twice daily several months prior to oak season. Adding it in when it hits is too late. I used to get allergy induced pink eye every year, requiring prescription steroidal eye drops just to keep them from crusting over. Once I added Flonase to my twice daily Zyrtec it still gets bad but completely manageable. No more eye issues outside of occasional itchiness. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Can't you eliminate the accordion motion down the highway with driver less cars, though? If all the cars around each other are in unison with one another you wouldn't have the gas, brake, gas, brake that you have in human driven transportation
