  1. Surled... Y'all ignore what is there and make it fit your narrative. If Tomlin didn't have an issue with Villanueva he would have said so in the interview...the first time. Had absolutely did not.
  2. that's fucked up. Maybe not as hot, but basically napalmed their asses.
  3. Dak is right there though. I mean, every time a watch a Cowboys game I am amazed at how Dak similarly affects opposing defenses. His defenders on here love posting stats, but Mahomes just has copious amounts of highlights and gamechanging plays. Mahomesis just barely better...
  4. Wrong. Eligibility ends in the year they turn 18. I’ve lived it... and it’s right there in black and white. There might be other credits for which the parent qualifies such as education credits, but not this one, as the question was asked.
  5. the year they turn 18, they are no longer eligible for the tax credit. From the IRS site: Child Tax Credit Beginning with Tax Year 2018, you may able to claim the Child Tax Credit if you have a qualifying child under the age of 17 and meet other qualifications. The maximum amount per qualifying child is $2,000. Up to $1,400 of the credit can be refundable for each qualifying child as the Additional Child Tax Credit. A refundable tax credit may give you a refund even if you don’t owe any tax.
  6. There are deductions that are still counted versus your taxable income.
  7. in the year they turn 18, the $500 tax credit no longer applies. yes you can still claim them as a dependent, as long as they fit the parameters.
  8. You hear what you want to hear. Tomlin visibly reacts to the question. he was pissed that his political statement against the political statement wasn't 100% woke. Fuck him. He was a dumbass for believing Villanueva would or even COULD ever go along their horseshit. he's a sshitty leader for calling it out in the presser.
  9. That's why i replied with the derogatory post saying you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground and took shots at your opinion, right? Nah, just posed a legit question and it got answered. If anything, it was a softball down the middle for clarification of the original(vague) contention, but carry on...
  10. LOlz. I told y'all people were still gonna party for Mother's Day... Have no idea why the number is so high. The weekend before the restrictions were relaxed, there was a big uptick also. 'twill be interesting to see how hospitalizations and (gulp) deaths go. the demographics most definitely skew towards the elderly vs the more urban counties like Travis/ Bexar/ Harris/ Etc.
  11. only time I actually paid in 16 years of living there was when our oldest son was in the team presenting the colors before the game. We still have his sideline credential with none other than Matt Schaub's autograph. For all of his shortcomings on the field, he was a good dude. We got tix for free to 1 game per season through my work. I always enjoyed the tailgating and shooting the shit with other teams' fans. I prefer the college gamedays, but Houston's is fun too. Fuck Bill o'Brien
  12. CBoB traded the Houston GameDay experience( the best part of a Texans game) for slapchop and some magic beans.
  13. or 17, with the going rate of increase.
  14. wrong. I mean it's correct for some folks, but you can't just say that about everyone... There's also a big difference between damanding equality in hiring and then stacking the deck in the favor of the minority coach. Sanction the owners, if need be. Don't change the level of competition on the field.
  15. That wasn't his first reaction... He's pissed that Villanueva deviated from the "100% team participation." What you are citing is damage control after Tomlin realized he fucked up with his comments.
  16. Jason garrett is highly intelligent. His judgment, with regard to football, can be severely lacking.
